The ice cream may be expensive buts it's absolutely delicious and they let you sample the ice cream if you want before ordering. They sell other stuff as they have a gift shop inside. They sell delicious cheese as well!.

Best ice cream on PEI. Served with a smile and quick service. They help you pick what you want if you need help. I've had a milkshake and it was amazing. Also a cone on peanut butter cup cup. Would highly recommend having cows ice cream everyday while on the island.

Great ice cream, lots of variety and options. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This location is great as it’s right on the water, on a pier.Was very busy when we went and the store can get crowded.

A good icecream spot next to water. Their blueberry icecream was really good, they have several branches in east coast too, so we visited them several times in our road trip.

Many establishments claim to have the best ice cream around. We enjoyed the ice cream and the establishment was well organized with great staff members. A cool spot during the summer time, enjoying an ice cream by the waterfront.

Delicious ice cream, made with quality waffle in front of our eyes. Ask to taste a flavour before committing to one. One scoop is more than enough. It was so good that we went back there the next evening.

They really are THE best ice cream! I would say not only at PEI, but the best in general. Staff were friendly and patient with us while we were deciding which flavours we should get. They offered free taste but we already knew what we wanted. :)We all had different flavours and it tasted sooooo delicious! We wanted to have more but had a dinner reservation and we surely didn’t want to ruin our appetites. Gotta have cows ice cream if you’re at PEI.They also have funny souvenir shirts for sale.

Amazing spot for an ice cream shop! Great ice cream selections are pretty reasonable prices. Always large scoops. You can get either waffles, cones, or cups. Staff is super friendly.

17 Bucks for 2 Ice Creams (insane anyways!) and they were melting and dropping down immediately, we weren't able to eat it before the top scoop ended up falling down on the floor entirely. The cones were completely soggy at the bottom so that the ice cream ran down from there as well. It was a complete mess everywhere. Staff was super unhelpful and rude, claimed it would be because it would be so hot outside - it was 5:30 pm and there was a chill breeze, sun wasn't shining at all. Not even an excuse was made which is just unacceptable and rude.
