Was hard to get ahold of, had to call multiple times and leave multiple messages, finally when they did get ahold of me it was very unprofessional, short and not very clear about when he would show up.Finally was able to get him to come diagnose and he told us he would be back 2 days later...No show no call. And then told me to find someone else when I inquired about if he could make it.As a customer I would have been charged a fee for no show no call missed appointment in alot of businesses... I would expect more of a business owner. Especially one in such a small town.

Great guys, great prices.... they deliver and install which is usually an awful process in a PMQ. But looking, buying and delivery took about three hours with these guys and we went back the day after to look around at a TV stand and bought that too! Will definitely come back — highly recommend!

My dishwasher died during the beginning of covid and I had to wait to get it repaired. Turns out there was a clog somewhere but the people here were super friendly and cleaned it out and it's working like new. Very helpful. Fair prices and friendly. All around great service. Highly recommend this place.

Just moved to Petawawa and Eric helped me find everything I wanted. Best pricing in the area by far. Bought a stove, fridge, washer and dryer and everything is working well. He was accommodating and very efficient. Will definitely be buying from him again. Highly recommend him to anyone in the area.

Bought a lot of used appliances from him for more than average ‘used’ pricing . Most of them don’t work properly . They come with a 30 day warranty but if you ask him to come fix them he basically ignores you or won’t deliver an appliance that actually works .Unfortunately there aren’t many used appliance stores or repair men in the area so he gets away with it . Not happy :(

Eric was wonderful - he had exactly the stove we need, and came all the way to Killaloe to deliver it. He even set it up, showed us how everything works and set the clock :) Great service, worth every penny.

SO PLEASED my fridge broke in the middle of the night and the owner delivered me my fridge on a holiday weekend during a pandemic, he not only cares about the situation you're in as well as the product he's bringing you. If you need any appliances or furniture I could not recommend his services to you more, if you're not sure they have what you need give them a call it's well worth the 5 minutes to get just the right products.
