The employee is so rude.(General Manager-that what she introduce herself to us)

I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Vancouver Airport and had an exceptional experience.Kyndrie, the manager, went above and beyond to make my stay amazing. She provided valuable recommendations for dining and attractions, demonstrating her extensive knowledge of Vancouver. Her attentiveness, professionalism, and personalized approach made me feel valued.The hotel's modern decor, clean rooms, convenient airport location, and top-notch amenities added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. I highly recommend the Radisson Blu Vancouver Airport to anyone visiting the city. Thank you, Kyndrie, for your outstanding service and for making my stay unforgettable.

What a terrible experience! I had the misfortune of booking a pre-cruise stay with Cunard in Vancouver. For reasons unbeknownst to me, Cunard changed my original hotel to this horrible, unfinished establishment that passes itself off as a 4 star hotel.To my shock there were no hotel amenities. No bellmen nor concierge. No restaurants nor food options. No bar. No room service. No swimming pool nor spa. No gift shops. No atmosphere. No staff, unless you count the protesting workers situated out front. No wonder, this Hotel is on STRIKE!I'll be asking Cunard for compensation. This is utterly rediculous. Cunard and Radisson Blu should both be heldto account for this debacle.I've attached a photo of a leaflet that was handed to our coach driver.

Beautiful hotel, newly renovated. Cant beat the views and the staff service. Cant wait to spend my next YVR trip there!

Amazing experience staying at this hotel. Newly renovated with high class customer service and complimentary coffee. I would highly recommend staying with Radisson blue Vancouver hotel.

There are on going renovations and the restaurants are closed. You'll have to walk 20+ minutes for any food options, including breakfast. I would have stayed anywhere else nearby had I known this prior to booking.One night stay was very overpriced considering there are no services.Staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was nice, and the bed was comfortable.

Room was nice and the veiw was amazing. It's going though renovations and thus a bit of dust around. No restaurants open and looked to be only a few people working.
