ZM Cycle and Fitness

Arrived about 5:30 pm. A seller(quite old man) showed me bike in stock. I said that that would be my very first bike, so I asked stupid question. The seller gave some answer, but.. without any sparkle in his eye. Ok I came out and sat down in front of shop to read some feedback in internet. The seller kept servicing customers. When he finished with the last customer. I said that ok, seems I will take. Let me take a look one more time. And.............. He said sorry, it is time to finish, it is almost 6pm.Life balance is good thing, but....

Terrible customer service - avoid at all costs!Called ahead and asked if they could install a set of cranks the same day - person on the phone said it would be no problem and to come by. I came by and the older fellow bike mechanic said there was no way it would be done today. He was unfriendly and unwilling to even look at the bike for a minute.The mechanic said that the student working there gave false information about shop availability and that he may not have a job tomorrow.I suggest improving internal communication and customer service among your employees rather than firing an untrained student.

Best customer service ever!!! Went in to fix my daughters bike, took only a few minutes, He was pleasant, professional, went above and beyond what I thought. Definitely made my day and at the best price ever. Thank you!!!NB: Editing my review to 2star based on most recent experiences. Been there twice of late- looks like there’s been some change in management or employees. The new guy there has been very unfriendly, almost mean to me n my daughter. Went there to get some help with fixing a bike chain, I think it was difficult for him to acknowledge that we were there, almost like we did not exist and when he got round to helping us, was like really stand-Ofish and dismissive. Very unhelpful n it’s either he either found it difficult to or just felt like we were not worth being talked to or addressed. Happened a second time last Saturday. Came out briefly, asked what we wanted, muttered something under his breath n same experience. I can’t say for sure if it was a color thingy but it seemed so and I won’t be going back there anymore

Good bicycle shop. A little crowded (but I sort of liked that!). Knowledgeable, helpful staff, and a reasonable selection of bicycles, parts and tools in stock the times I have gone.I also appreciate the time they take to make sure you make the purchase that is right for you.

Just got my bike overhauled after a few years of neglect and an accident. Excellent honest service. I will return.

This well equipped bike shop has a wide range of high quality bikes and accessories. On my visits there, to have minor repairs done to my bike, the service has been friendly, professional, and effective.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I went to buy my first mountain bike from this shop because it seemed to be well reviewed. Trusting that I didn't know much about mountain biking I relayed on the sales associates knowledge and expertise.After purchasing a bike I was promised 1 year of free service, road lights and cost pricing on certain upgrades I had mentioned before purchasing. Turns out it was all lies to clear out inventory.I went to speak with the owner specifically (Ziggy) to sort out the issues. I explained the issues in a calm and collected manner hoping to come up with a reasonable solution. He started by calling me a liar and once I explained to him the unkept promises he said we only help out the people who buy $10

Tried to over charge me then told us to take the bike somewhere else if we don't like the price; so we left.Be aware of being overcharged if you're a womanAddition: it is not unjustified to call out gender discrimination. My boyfriend came to this shop and paid $30 to get a brand new chain, his derailleur replaced (he bought the part somewhere else) and his brakes tightened.I was told that it would cost me MINIMUM $80 to tighten the kick stand and brakes. And you hadn't even looked at the gears yet. The KICK STAND. If that isn't manipulation I don't know what is.Glad we left. Got it fixed perfectly somewhere else for $30.

Dropped by on a Sat and asked the cost of servicing my bike. $85" the owner said. When I went a few days later I was told "$100" by a grumpy staff person. I left my bike to be serviced and picked it up a few days later. They up-sold me a bicycle chain for $30
