My truck got a tailgate repair and a Bed liner spray. Overall they did a good job, however, their Bed liner spray is thinner than lineX Bed liner or at least the one that was sprayed in my box was thin. Be as it may, the auto body repair is good.

Always quick and friendly service. They are capable of doing appraisals to submit to SGI for approval and they'll walk around the car with you, confirming damages. They also have courtesy vehicles for you to use while yours is in their shop. The work is always done well, within the constraints of SGI approvals/appraisals. I'll definitely be getting them to do the appraisals themselves after the person at SGI missed a bunch of damage.

They had my car ready a month before they said they could fit it in after a deer decided to mess it up on us! Staff were always very friendly and polite would highly recommend

Fixed our car and did a very good ! They are very nice and pleasant to work with. They fixed our car pretty fast as well! They were in touch with our insurance and made sure that we understood the all processes! Will be back in the future.

CUSTOMER BEWAREI took my car here to have some body work done after an accident and when I picked it up everything seemed fine initially. They had no comments or concerns when I picked it up, just took my money and sent me on my way. The body work looked good and they managed to fix my window not rolling up properly BUT I soon realized my trunk would not open. My trunk worked perfect before I left my vehicle with them and now it won't open no matter what I do. I took the car back to their shop so they could look at it. Turns out that the technician knew my trunk wasn't working (and that they couldnt fix it) while it was still in their shop being repaired but decided to say absolutely nothing to me upon pickup after they fixed" it. They told me to take it to the dealership I got it from and that they would do absolutely nothing for me (even if the dealership couldn't fix it) because they had no proof my trunk was working before I brought it into their shop. I strongly urge potential future customers to NOT use their services. If you do decide to use them then maybe take a long video of every working feature of your vehicle with dated proof so they can't break your vehicle and then turn around and refuse to fix it. AWFUL customer service. I will NEVER give them my business ever again and I will discourage every single person I know from giving any money to their shady business."

Worst experience at any body shop in Regina! Had my vehicle inspection done here for my SGI claim, and these guys go and make a up a bogus inspection that the damage from my accident wasn't caused by my accident. How in the heck can they make that decision and sway SGI to believe that the accident I was in didn't cause the damage!!? They now are telling SGI that the rust caused the damage, when my vehicle was driving perfectly fine and was DRIVEABLE before the accident! This is ridiculous, and on top of that, they lied about sending the inspection information, it wasn't received by SGI, so I had to go down there myself after they hung up on me. These guys are rude, have no customer service skills, and I will never recommend to any friends or family in the future.DO NOT DO BUISNESS HERE!!!

Lousy repair. They repaired the bumper of my vehicle in feb 2021, after couple of years, the paint where it was exactly repaired was starting to peeled off. Just noticed it recently, but they said they cant do anything about it because it pass the 2years warranty. So dissapointing. Not even take time to look at it.

We had our car repaired at this center and we were totally pleased with the work that was done. The staff was very professional & easy to deal with. I was extremely pleased with the work they did on my car. I would definitely recommend them.

Will never return. Manager has no respect, over promises and under delivers. Signal light wasn’t working after they’ve replaced the bumper. Manager said he was going to replaced it and then ghosted. Also got defensive and raised his voice upon saying we should just bring our vehicle to Auto Gallery to get the signal light replaced. ( thank goodness I was in a good mood that day )Also requested that we get a similar vehicle to the one we drive as a rental/loaner vehicle ( Dodge Journey 7 seater ). We ended up with a Nissan Kicks front wheel drive and barely seats 4 people.Communication throughout the process was terrible.I do not recommend. Go anywhere else for a better customer experience service.

Had my car done here in February and the service was good but the work was horrendous. I was in Regina from out of town and unfortunately had someone back into me in a parking lot breaking my bumper cover. I will give it to them that they were able to get my car fixed in a tight timeline (2 weeks). However, their work was absolutely terrible. My bumper cover was falling off within an hour of leaving the shop. I quickly took it into mazda and they told me they didn't even bother doing up half the clips securing the front bumper cover. 1 star for work, 3 stars for customer service (hence the 2 star rating).
