King Street Car Wash

I have used this car wash service only once and I will never return again. When my F150 was being washed the water must not have been warm enough cause it was icing up. It was eventually cleared of ice and wiped down. Then when I got into my truck there was mud on the front side of both front seats from the floor mats being put back in place. Yes mud from floor Matt’s that they were supposed to have cleaned. Obviously NOT.Then after a week of my wife complaining that her floor matt would not stay in place, I checked. IT WAS PUT BACK INTO PLACE BACKWARDS. REALLY???THE WAITING AREA IS DECREPIT AND I COULD NOT WAIT TO GET OUT OF THE PLACE.NEVER TO RETURN AGAIN!!!They need to change their slogan because there is nothing there for any kind of King. Lol

If you guys advertise that you're open. You should honor your business hours. It said u guys are open until 4pm and I'm here at 2:30 shop is closed. Atleast update your hours.

This is what my car looked like after leaving the car wash paid for #2

Went here to get my truck cleaned and had nothing but issues. Tried calling 5 days in a row and left 3 voice message, they never had the courtesy to pick up or call back. It cost over $200 to have the truck cleaned and they missed spots. The owner gave me his word that he would fix any issues and bring it back so I did. Dropped the car off at 10am and came back at 4:40pm. The owner tried saying that the dirt won seat was actually paint but was truly dog drool. The workers tried saying they scrubbed it again but did not. They did not try cleaning the dirt untill 10 minutes before closing. Probably will not be coming here again due to the lack of customer service.

Great experience here! My truck was oily and dirty because it had just been oil sprayed and the wash turned out awesome. I was talking to them about my horrible experience at Niagara soft cloth and they made special effort to make sure I was satisfied! Very happy with the price and service. Beers on me guys!

Nice enough people. But very much lacking in detail. Not a good quality, considering what their doing for a living.But NOT worth what their charging.I paid 22$ PLUS tip.. and they completely disregarded my front dashboard and rear window (yes untouched) and front passenger seat still had mud prints on it.I will pay 10$ and do myself from now on. We won't return. Very disappointing. Waste of 25$

SOME mechanics LEAVE their DIRTY LITTLE BEER STAINS ALL OVER THE INTERIOR OF YOUR CAR! Not mentioning names...but it was Thorold Auto Centre. THANKFULLY, the good hard working hometown Welland Boys at King Street Car Wash came to my rescue. When I was at my worst, they were at their best, right by my side.
