adidas Store, Toronto Eaton Centre

Went here to the Toronto Labs to get a hoodie embroidered, unfortunately none of the employees were able to help the new employee working the station so it took an hour for them to set up the machine and ended up not even being able to get the embroidery. The new employee was very apologetic and wanted to provide great service but can’t say the same about the manager.The manager was even at the Toronto Labs area and didn’t even try to help or even offer an apology for the amount of time we had to wait.

I went to the store to buy some trainers for working out in the gym. I didn't know my size, so i asked one of the guy employees to measure my size using the foot pedal thingy, he said my size was 9 ,when in reality it was 11 when I went to another adidas store to measure again as i didn't fully trust him. That's the reason for 4 stars, i wanted the exact size because i wanted to order it online,and some shoes they don't accept returns, if it's on offer. Another staff member helped me and she was very friendly. Other than that, no issues, would go again.

This store is definitely losing fans of the brand.I don't enjoy shopping at adidas at all because of the stalking that goes on without reason.July 2, 16:27

Poor customer service and after spending a lot of money online and in-store, a couple days later they had a big summer sale. Online had NO problems getting a price adjustment on everything I purchased (did not require me to send items back with tags). In-store wouldn't give me a price adjustment because I had taken the tags off the items.Zero value as a life long customer penny pinching over a $90 credit back. Both managers said they wouldn't do this for me and one of the reasons was because we can't verify that the items you purchased are the items on the receipt without the tags". Makes ZERO sense.As a Manager you would think they have the cognitive abilities to make decisions that make sense

This store is an embarrassment to the adidas brand. I called ahead and spoke to a rep about sizing for cleats, response was “don’t worry come in we have a ton in your size”. Upon arrival, no associates to be found, one gentleman who was standing around 4 others chatting was kind enough to stop, ask and get someone from the store. Associate came for cleats, had 0 idea what the difference was between all of them. No sizes available only either extremely small or large. It was suggested to go to another store.. queen street in this case. I went to the location, they don’t even carry cleats. One word, embarrassing.

For first time visit and purchase, I am satisfied with the service and their membership. Eaton centre is always crowed so the store is same as well. But the staff is so kind who responses everything kindly. Their free membership offer me discount so I'd go to the place soon.

I didn't know adidas eaton centre opened yesterday interesting store you can customize tops through screen to embroidery it through adidas logos, also emma saw her and we chatted, also joey I didn't see him yesterday I heard he works here now I'll see him soon.

The adidas store we always wanted. Excited to see the instore activations in future especially for NBA and NHL. Looking forward to seeing what happens for FIFA World Cup. And if they get some Confirmed App releases... I'll come back and upgrade to 5⭐️

No point of visiting this store as they will not have most of the sizes you will look for, even if they have they will keep you waiting forever. Employees are unprofessional and try to act over smart. Not the kind of service you expect from adidas. I hope they try and hire people who have more knowledge about their products and are humble.

The sales associates were exceptionally helpful at this location. I went into the store with the intent of buying Adidas shoes. The sales associate, Somang, helped me find the right shoes this evening. I am so happy they found the last pair in the store! I would recommend this store if you are looking for new shoes with zero fuss.
