I called about a broken pipe which was the main line to my home and I had no water. He came out right away and was able to fix it for me, we have older pipes in our home so he took the time to explain the difference to me about how different they were. Barry came out and installed our new kitchen sink and taps. Also he moved a pipe in the wall which was an unexpected addition. He was very professional, answered any of our questions (even those not related to plumbing). He did a great job, we highly recommend him for your plumbing needs!

Had a leaking hot water tank. Barry came out same day to check it and give me a quote. All work done the next day. Super service! Great communication about when he was going to arrive and how long he thought it would be. Charged exactly what he quoted. And side note, suoer careful about Covid safety! Cannot say enough good things about him! Will definitely use him for all plumbing issues from now on!!

This tradesman was tasked with a home heating system where the house was heated by hot water. His initial diagnosis was that the circulation pump was defective. After replacing it with a new pump, he discovered that the reason that the pump wasn't pumping is that there was no power at the pump something he could have checked before spending (my) money on a new one. The second diagnosis was that the relay supplying voltage to the pump was defective. So he replaced the relay. So I ended up paying for the two replacement parts and the labor for each when there was only one defect.

Barry has helped me a few times over the years with plumbing issues. He's always my first recommendation for a plumber! Very honest, and extremely knowledgeable about his work.

A few years ago, our pipe to the sewage line was blocked due to tree roots and Barry fixed the issue. Throughout the years, Barry has fixed all of our plumbing problems (eg. Kitchen sink clogs, sewage line, etc.) as he is reliable, professional, hardworking, and ensures the problem is fixed immediately. I have recommended Barry to my friends and family as there is no other plumber that I would use because he has always helped our house and our family. Thanks so very much!

Over the last week, we've had water rush into our basement bathroom whenever the dishwasher or kitchen sink ran. We initially called Barry because his office was close by, but decided to hire him for the job because of his professionalism. Barry arrived at our house constantly on time (even when I slept through his initial arrival, sorry again), was able to explain what needed to be done in an understandable way, and was honest about pricing (parts and labor). He was able to do the work with minimal cutting into the drywall (even though it was in a very tight spot). I am really grateful for the work Barry did, it saved our basement from immense water damage.
