As per HCRA investigation report they cancelled contracts and sold units at higher prices. depriving their customers of their equity appreciation. Such a good quality of world class company. Tarion has issued notification that they will not cover any warranty of any future development from Adi Development. So Why would one be so dumb to buy any Home from Adi Development.These guys are unethical and it has been proven through the investigations from HCRA's report issued to the public. The CEO set out a press release claiming that interest payments on down payments have been made to the buyers who cancelled their contracts. They promised 6% and nothing has been paid so far as of September 17. The CEO just outright makes false statements. Somebody explains to him that these false statements is an example of unethical behaviour. What a joke this CEO and this organization is. Just money hungry.And by the way contracts were cancelled on March 31 2022. As per Tarion and as per the rules Down Payments and interest should have been paid within 10 business days from cancellation. It is now September. Is that a behaviour of a world class company that you claim to be????? I was a buyer who cancelled the contract and my username may not reflect that. The owner now will respond that as per their record I am not a buyer, but please address the issue, when will the interest payments be made to customers who cancelled their contracts?????

Thanks to ADI for a great purchase Experience. I purchased two Condos with the for the Nautique Project, despite what I have been hearing about them, I have had a good experience. The have been helpful, answered all my questions, and have kept me updated on the project. That all I could ask for is to be informed through the process. Looking forward to getting my keys in 2024. Its going to be a beautiful project when its complete. Thanks David, Rennie, and Venessa for keeping in touch with me and answering all my emails.

I wish I could give -5 star, ADI is the world's worst builder, not only they run scams and ask people to pay more now that the prices went down I am not getting any refunds. Very poor quality of workmanship everything is failing and falling apart. I'd rather be homeless than live in ADI building. I hope Tariq Adi burns in hell for all the scams he pulled on all the innocents people. He wants his millions and doesn't care about all the people's lives he ruined.

I was really looking forward to ADI development since their proposed designs always look great. However, living in the condo now, I am super disappointed that the amenities have been delayed (despite being promised them several months ago), the construction has been delayed, the adjustments to the condo flaws have been delayed, and the responses from the ADI representatives themselves have been, you guessed it, DELAYED.

This is simply about site management -- your Martha Street location in Burlington, ON. desperately needs a clean up; there is extensive garbage on its perimeter, along with cigarette butts. Hoping you can also consider adding a cigarette dispenser for your staff to place their used butts; and deter them from throwing them on the ground -- nature is not an ash tray. Thank you!

Funny how they deleted their previous Google account to hide all the many complaints and unsatisfied reviews from customers. This another one of their tactics they do hide their crooked business. I am a victim of a purchase from a poor quality build, in which they advertised their homes to be luxurious and cutting edge designs. A year later, exterior materials from my balcony are falling apart as cutting corners and bad workmanship starts to show.

Horrible builders to say the least - so many outstanding issues with my new build condo. The staff has been ignoring me since May 2022. Horrible flooring, faulty shower and sink. It’s sad to purchase a new property with so many issues and staff ignores your complaints and emails

I purchased a Condo with ADI in May last year and have recently discovered that the A/C unit in my condo unit was not properly installed. This mistake resulted in additional utility costs to be incurred by me. ADI denies any responsibility for these additional costs, however acknowledged their mistake in the install (also admitting that this mistake was not exclusive to my unit)I would urge any potential buyers to be wary of what you are signing up for with ADI. As these reviews will show, this company clearly has a reputation of disappointing work.

Edit: In response to ADI’s statement on their website regarding the HCRAs motion to revoke their license, ADI development group continues with more lies. The reason for the HCRAs motion to revoke ADI’s license was not because of the cancellation of agreements (they are legally allowed to do that), it is because 1) They were found to have doctored documents, 2) They didn't return deposits within the legal timeframe 3) They didn’t raise the prices on all properties, and more - I encourage you to read the HCRA report which is publicly available.They also continue to lie saying they gave purchasers of cancelled agreements 6% interest back. Yes, they SAID they were going to do that, but myself and others have NOT yet to received even a penny of that promised interest. I would not trust this builder in the least and I wish all the best to those that have purchased units there after they cancelled agreements.With respect to the Nautique development, in my opinion, with rising mortgage rates, and predictions of housing market corrections, I hope people are cognizant that they could end up in a negative equity position if they purchase from here.Buyers should also be aware that potentially, if enough people pull out of their purchase agreements, and the units don’t re-sell, there could be further delays in construction.I have had a similar experience to others. If this company can’t even get their communication, financing and planning right, I certainly don’t expect them to be able to build a condo properly.I purchased a Nautique pre-construction unit 3 years ago, and suddenly ADI wants 40% more. Communicated an initial increase to me via phone and email, and then a week later get the “we miscalculated” call and they increase the purchase price even further. Communication comes from several different email addresses to confuse matters even further.Additionally, many of of the original purchasers (including myself) that had their purchase agreement cancelled have still not received their deposit back after 3 months of waiting, when it is legally due back 10 days after the purchase agreement has been cancelled.Buyer definitely beware!
