Everyone was so nice, from security checking me in to the gentleman who took care of me wonderful customer service kind & polite. I'd read reviews so I was uneasy at first but I'm glad I went in my experience was awesome .

I had to go here to get a new social security card. It is very clean and secured with 3 armed guards, the process was fast and easy.

No one works anymore so how can we get S.S. Cards!!! You work from home as you say!! I was informed to drop my ID and paperwork in a drop box for an 24 hour turn around here it is day 4 and I can’t get in touch with anyone… Now I have to go and get another ID so I can at least drive to get back and forth to work

Called and spoke to Mr. Barrett over the phone. He gave 5 star customer service and made my day alot better. We need more people like him working at these Social Security places.

The open and closing times are not listed no one wants to catch the bus for nothing. Plus if you click on the link of the web listed it tells you about Indian tribes in mich. What does that have to do with finding out the business hours for this establishment??

Information is incorrect on the website on purpose. Despite other locations and the automated system saying that they do appointments they don't honor that. They want you to drop your id in the drop box with no timeline to when you will get it back. When I asked additional questions about the process, timeline etc I was hung up on. Disappointing that there is not a better method to handle services that require you to see a person.

I swear on everything this is by far the WORST SSA office I've ever been to! They made me take off my earings checked my bags an made me walk thru a metal detector... by time i got my ticket I thought I was there to visit an inmate!! Security is very rude an don't help much!! -10 for me
