Ecoline Windows and Doors Saskatoon

We had all our windows and a sliding patio door replaced by Ecoline. They are amazing. Triple panes glass makes such a difference in the temperature and sound. The house is staying cool in this heat without using the aircondioner. A r extra improvement is no more painting frames and window sill ls. The Money spent will be recouped by the heating and cooling savings. They look fabulous.

The project manager came to my house to measure and give an estimate today. He is very helpful and friendly. I have ordered the windows through them. Highly recommended.The windows were installed after 6 weeks of orders. Installer worked fast, professionally, cleaned up well after the installation. Good job Sacha! Recommend Ecoline window. Very professional company and offer superior customer service. We jumped on a deal they offered early on during the pandemic to save a couple thousand. They got installed on August 25th and the installers were fast, friendly but also meticulous. We even got a call from the company asking how things were going during the installation. Also filled out a customer feedback sheet for the installers. 10/10. We used another company for our second floor a few years ago but Ecoline is superior in every way including a much longer warranty on the windows.

We’ve chosen Ecoline to change all windows and doors in our house.Alex who did the quotation was very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained different options and how they reflect on the project price; he had the product samples to show us and provided the full specifications in his quote (not all companies do that). The price was reasonable, the product quality was outstanding and Ecoline are experienced in doing large casement windows (we have ~39x39 inch windows in our bedrooms).The installers were very professional, did the job neatly and in a good time and left the house and the yard clean after themselves.We are very happy with the product, the windows look great and the furnace now runs 3-4 times less often.The only disadvantage is that the project commencement was scheduled for August-September, but we only got our installation appointment in late October, and only after I contacted Ecoline regarding the state of our windows. Hence – four stars.

I bought all my new windows for my condo from Ecoline Windows. The salesperson Alex, was a great guy, and the installers were the best. So after the windows were installed, I decided to also order a new deck door from them. I could not be more pleased. Great service, , very experienced installers. Trustworthy. These guys know what they are doing. On time, worked like professionals, cleaned up when they were done. Had them do 5 windows last year and 5 this year. House is warm as toast. Furnace running alot less. Here's the difference.

Booked an appointment for a quote on my windows for my house. A representative picked up the phone within 4 rings and made a appointment for a quote to be done. Easy straightforward process along with multiple reminders up to the date of the quote assessment. Project Manager Iruii Reshitnyk showed up early and proceeded to walk me through all the energy guy steps thoroughly. Any questions I had about anything, he was knowledgable on. Easy to talk to and showed great attitude/workmanship towards his products. He explained every detail of the windows and doors along with what makes them the best on the market to buy. Very good quality of products and nice guy to explain them. I would recommend Iruii Reshitnyk to anyone and would definitely get him to quote my windows/doors in the future. The sales guy and installers were good, but the customer service is HORRIBLE. Waited forever on hold just to be hung up on simple requests were blown way out of proportion. Said they understand the greenerhomes grants and loan stuff but still requested money 1 week late.

Alex from Ecoline was very accommodating and easy to talk too. Besides quoting our doors, he also educated us about composite material (which their doors are made off), and what to look for when buying quality hardware to install on doors to improve energy efficiency in your home, which to save you money in the end. Alex was straight to the point, friendly, and is not pushy, or overbearing with regards to selling. Because of what he taught us (and how friendly he is) my wife and I were able to make a sound decision.
