Friendly Chimney & Home Maintenance
I would give Friendly Chimney 10 stars if I could! Joel was super helpful. This is our first time owning a house with a fireplace and he was very patient in answering my questions and shared other bits of info to ensure we keep our family & home safe. We will definitely use them for future maintenance. Plus they are VERY reasonably priced! We received quotes from four places and they were at the lower end in terms of cost.

Great service! Wow arrived promptly and within hours of calling. He had to remove a bird stuck between our chimney and a metal insert. Joel problem solved quite creatively, patiently and politely. He worked both inside the house and on roof. Left the place as if he was never there, freed a darling bird, repaired chimney needs. Highly recommend!!!

If I could give them more than 5 stars I WOULD!!! Joel and Dave did a complete chimney tear down/ rebuild with a liner, and the job they did was impeccable! Called a few different companies, came out and got quotes, but what sold me was how they presented themselves. They weren't pushy, not trying to sell me extras" or anything. Joel was kind and professional! He responded and was at my property within 24 hours. He was knowledgeable and explained everything well on the phone. Sometimes, it is nerve wracking to talk to a home professional on the phone, but Joel never made me feel ignorant for my questions or explanations. I will certainly reach out to him in the future and recommend him to others!

I called Joel from googling chimney sweep and cleaning and he was the first person to call me back! Im so happy he did. He was so efficient, knowledgeable, and kind! He inspected and cleaned 2 of my fireplaces in a new home that I bought and taught me so much about the house in the process. He will be coming back in the spring to do more work for us. Amazing man, great prices, highly recommend him to anyone!! He treated us like family.

Joel did a great job rebuilding my chimney. I called him back to install a chimney liner. Always gets back you you in a timely fashion. Very professional. Fair pricing and quality of work is impeccable. Leaves no mess behind. Highly recommend.

Cap came off my chimney. The company who I originally called said it would be about 6 weeks. I called Friendly and Joel said he would be there in 20 minutes. He did the job and was honest in his price and assessment. I now have a great chimney guy.

Had a really bad chimney that needed repair, Joel found a brick that looked very similar even though my brick is 50 years old and no longer produced! My roofer was impressed with his work as well! Very knowledgeable, great price, great work, highly recomend!

I cannot say enough good things about Friendly Chimney. The whole process from start to finish was seamless! Joel was quick to respond to my inquiry, came out within a few days to provide a quote and got us on the schedule right away. Amazing quality and work, for a very reasonable price. Friendly Chimney & Home Maintenance
Joel has inspected our chimney last year and this year. Last year was our first time having a woodburning stove. He explained everything thoroughly and inspected well. This year he cleaned the chimney and answered all of my questions. I would recommend him to anyone.
