Staff is very sweet, they take their time with your nails and engage in conversation

I haven't been here, but the fact that the owner is replying terribly to poor customer reviews advising to take your business elsewhere is enough of a reason for me not to even bother coming in at all. So yes, I will take my business elsewhere!!!

Steven It would appear that the service levels at Princess Nails are seriously dropping. . Need to offer better customer service. There are many other nail salons on your doorstep. Which offer same or more services. Unfortunately this lack of care and friendliness to your customers will only cause your business to suffer. You may get new customers but without care they will not return.

Steven and Wind are literally amazing nail technicians. Book book book! You won't be sorry! The shape, thickness, length, etc...are always exactly how I want them. I never need to do additional filing after my appointment at home (very particular about my nails). Pedicure was also good (this is done by someone else). Reasonably priced!

Do not attend this salon if you are a person of colour. Other customers who had concerns, the employee (male at front desk), was very polite, but when someone of colour had an issue, he was very rude & spoke in his language about the customer. They did a horrible job on my pedicure, I told him I was dissatisfied & his response was why did i make the employee finish painting & why did I not communicate with the employee?" I told him that I did communicate but the technician they assigned me does not speak English. The customer does not know that the end result will be horrible. He did not care to fix my nails but instead said that it was fine by simply touching my toenail with his fingers. His only concern was hearing his employees side. His customer service skills are poor

i got the worst service from them. i got my nails removed she rubbed them so bad she did not tried to remove the fake nail just kept rubbing them that made my nails so thin and did not even filed them properly after nails are so rough and thin. when i asked for a nail color atleast that too i said i will pay for it and she refused very rudely... i was treated very badly then other customers... very bad customer service. all the reviews they have over here are all fake or they give somebody a complimentry service too get a fake review.

So dsappointed by the behaviour of staff. Even after taking appointment, didn't take me uptill15mins, when askedhow much time" then they replied to " leave if you can't wait."What's the point of taking appointment then

Booked an appointment for pedicure at 1:30, waited for about 20 minutes and nothing. Still had two other ladies waiting before me probably had appointments at 1:00 and they were waiting still. What’s the point of booking appointments if you do not honour them? Most places prioritize appointment and work around walk-ins. I don’t get it. I get waiting 5-10 minutes, but not almost 30, like what’s the point then? Just say walk in first come first serve only. Will not be coming here again.
