Had a most positive experience with service manager Vic and crew. They were able to replace my front pipe assembly and tires with ease. My vehicle drives significantly better and I will be returning to fix the condenser and suspension. Kudos team to a job well done

Repeat Horrible service. Came in with a flat on my work truck and got literallly waved" away by the guy behind the desk. Told me to go somewhere else. Rude and inconsiderate. Truly there is not enough time to explain how amazing the service, honesty , and overall kindness that this business posses.I had two screws in my rear tire, I did not have any appointment scheduled, I literally walked off the street asking for help,Luka was very kind, did not once ever stop informing about what they were doing , and did not even want to charge me for the inspection, in the meanwhile he had 3-5 additional customers to attend to, really professional service. The service advisor Wahak gave me a big thumbs up , again awesome service, and Vic the gentleman who cashed me out was amazing , and very kind. I would absolutely recommend Active Green+Ross, managed by Vic. All of the employees, especially Vic, were courteous, kind, knowledgeable, warm, and welcoming. Vic gave me an incredible deal on fixing my horn and my car's pager. I had gone to other auto repair shops and his quote was lower by many hundreds of dollars. He ensured that I was satisfied, showed me exactly what he had done to my car, and promised me at the outset that I would be pleased. And I was! He and his employees even offered to drive me home so I didn't have to wait. The repairs were done very quickly so I was, needless to say, very happy.
