LANNA NAILS

This place is low key racist. Today is my third time coming in to get my nails done and once again I’m told they are booked off since I’m black. I call to book an appointment in after a while and all of a sudden they have spots available. Will definitely not recommend for POCs.

I recommend this nail salon, the girls there are amiable, and they did an excellent job for my little girls and me. I absolutely will be back here.Thank you for the great work.

Not impressed at all . Hardly touched my feet in and out in minutes except for the long long nail dry.My friend got a great pedicure beside me, I was done about 10 min before her as she got a nice foot massage . Very upset could have saved money and painted my nails at home. I still have rough patches so even the exfoliation was bad .

I have been doing acrylic nails for many years. Recently moved from Orleans to Riverside south. Figured id try this nail place. I couldnt believe the price for a refill and shellac colour it cost me $85 taxes in. They charged me $20 alone for shellac and it peeled off 2 days later and 1 nail broke. Terrible quality and way over priced. I will not ne going back. Found Shangrli La on greenbank for much cheaper and better job done overall.

Just had my 1st manicure with shellac and love it! Didn't know my nails were so bad till they were cleaned up! They have probably 100 + different colours to choose from. Staff were friendly and lovely.

Very rude staff, all they care about is to make you get the most expensive service. They wouldn’t trim my nails unless I pay for a full pedicure. One of them was doing manicure and I told them that some cuticle is left out and asked if they can remove them and they said they finished for now and won’t clean it up. They were also rude to my mother-in-law and also told her they finished cleaning up and won’t do as she is asking. Never to return

Love coming to Lanna’s! I get powder dip done every 3 to 4 weeks and it’s always perfect! The ladies that work here are also wonderful and with a great sense of humor. I always feel welcomed and service is efficient - I’m in and out within 1hr. 100% recommended!

Service is good. Mostly friendly staff.Still require mandatory masking in July 2022. If you prefer to get your nails or pedicure done in comfort, suggest other nail salons which have followed provincial guidelines and lifted mandatory masking back in March. However, if you are extremely worried, you may enjoy this salon.

I don’t like to write reviews because I believe that people are all trying to do their best. My last few appointments however have not been a great experience. I go for pedicures because I’m in desperate need for a hip replacement and can’t reach my right foot. At my last appointment I asked as usual for nails to be cut as short as possible. I decided to get polish since it’s the holidays. I was told that my nails were too short and that I should give my nails a break from polish when my last appointment was 2 months ago without polish. As another reviewer mentioned, they are cutting corners. Scrub is used on the feet and no longer the lower leg.I’m very disappointed.
