Been there twice and both times my concerns were taken care off.Special thanks to the male case worker who solved my concern the first time and today was very easy process in and out in 15 minutes.Ms. D. Thompson was knowledgeable, friendly and fast. Took car off me and others before me, and everyone was happy that she was there today, keep up the good work.

No one understands the whole process of a disability claim. Medical review is handled by bureaucrats that work for the state of Michigan, audit review is outsourced to an outside company and at the federal level no one understands what the others are doing! I have been waiting 10 months for a decision on my claim. It is very frustrating that no one cares about the horrible customer experience! I even contacted my US representative to file a complaint and that didn’t help either! We pay into this system our entire working life and the government does their best to deny you benefits!

By far the worst office I've been to. They have no concept of other people's time and lives. I applied for disability for my daughter in January 2022 and still have not heard anything. The main ssa employees give me false and incorrect information and calling this location doesn't help either. They don't send letters telling you what they need and when you do bring in stuff they say it takes 30 to 60 days to process. As you can see it's been 12 months and still nowhere different than where we started. This is sad that families are needing help and can't get it due to people not caring about each other. DO BETTER!!!!!!!!!

Don't care about mental illness I imagine after going through the long process of applying for disability many people have killed them self after dealing with this office. They take advantage of disability if they can get away with it. With no accountability. .mental illness is not a joke

This office is a Huntington Bank...drive out here to see if they had a drop box, it’s not even a ss office... Can’t always depend on google for accurate info. Smh
