EMS Appliance Service Inc

EMS is suppose to be a authorized vendor for LG product. They however, would not do any work that would require lifting, or moving the appliance as was told to me from their customer service person Candice. Which forced me to go back to LG and to provide another authorized vendor. Very bad attitude and customer service skills in communication.

We just had our brand new Whirlpool gas range properly diagnosed and repaired. Easton was our technician and we found him to be very professional, courteous and competent. He identified the problem very quickly. We previously had another crew from another company come and they failed to identify the gas leak. Super grateful for Easton's thoroughness.

Not sure where all these bad reviews came from. Easton was the technician who serviced my LG refrigerator. He was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and followed all covid protocols. I would have this company back. Highly reccomend.

Extremely bad customer service! Lowe’s should really pay good attention in hiring these type of service companies for its customers, otherwise it will start loosing its clientele.It is not my first experience with this company as I had to deal with them in Brampton on at least 6 or 7 different ocassions throughout the past 4 years. Their administrative staff does not have any respect for its customers. They make promises that are not fulfilled and if you complain to them, they unilaterally cancel your service appointment at last minute as it happened to me today. I will file a formal written request with Lowe’s within the next couple of days. I will definitely not let this one go...If you are a Lowe’s customer and end up in the unfortunate situation of being offered a service for any of your appliances with this company, beware!

I had EMa come for warranty repair of my washer. He was very polite, Professional, on time. Explained what he was doing and how to follow up. Would highly recommend.

I requested service for my dishwasher. I know even which part needs to be replaced. Guy came from this company and said I brought wrong part and will come tomorrow to fix it. They fixed my dishwasher after 1 and half week. Very poor service. They don't care. Request lg don't send EMS service people. Request other service company.

Have had Eric come here twice and both times he was so polite and professional and very helpful with my issues with my brand new washer. I will definitely use this company again and recommend to my family and friends. Thanks Eric

They don’t answer calls, return messages or acknowledge texts. Guy came and picked apart my dryer all over the laundry room and has been M.I.A.for 3 days. I can’t put it back together myself and he has completely disappeared!

I am so happy and so grateful for this company. Technician Eric has come to my house twice now to service my unit and has solved my problems both times; I am so grateful for the professionalism and speed provided by this company, and the kindness and warm personality they bring with them. 10/10, will call first every time, and will recommend to all my friends who value being treated as a human first, and customer second.Thank you so much.
