I recently had GreenLight home inspections complete a home inspectionincluding a WETT certification on a wood stove.GreenLight was very responsive to the initial booking and worked to fit me into the busy schedule.The day of the inspection the inspector was very professional, allowed me to be present during the inspection and pointed things out as the inspection proceeded.The inspector was very thorough and took time to inspect every square inch of the property with hightech tools allowing for an in depth inspection. At one time a thermal imaging camera was used. I was very impressed.The reports that followed came very promptly and were very professionally done, detailed, thorough and with numerous pictures.My home inspection report was 55 pages with specific details.My WETT inspection was 9 pages of information.I would highly recommend GreenLight to any potential homeowner.
