I couldn't say enough about how happy we are with the work that was done for our home. Exterior porch and back deck rebuilds, flooring installation and other minor fixes were all done with quality work. If you're looking for a contractor that is communicative, on time, professional and flexible, Jeff is your guy. Always responsive and available when we had questions and gave honest helpful feedback. His team got in and got the job done in a timely manner and were extremely respectful of our home. Highly recommend!!!

Great work!!! Very happy. Jeff is a great guy, so nice and personable, very hard working. Me and my husband are so impressed and have more Reno’s to do and are absolutely getting him to do them. Pricing was great aswell! He didn’t try and upswell us on things we didn’t need, he was so honest and trustworthy! We were so lucky to have gotten him.

Jeff came and did site visits, discussed with me what was required, and gave suggestions and ways to solve issues that worked within my budget. He ensured that the members of his team were skilled and qualified to do my work, and he was on site daily to ensure the job was progressing smoothly, on budget and on time. Jeff and his team were able to quickly attend to a leaking pipe buried behind my kitchen cabinets. Kitchen cabinets were pulled out, rotten header replaced on window below then kitchen. Quick, effective with great quality. Much appreciate then responsiveness!!

Modern Touch Renovations exceeded my expectations and I set the bar pretty high.Jeff Densmore and his crew were recommended to me after I had a flood in my basement. At 60 and on my own it was a bit overwhelming. Jeff and Josh came to the rescue and within 3 days my basement was transformed from a disaster area to an organized space that was framed floored and rewired (it’s an old house so did some upgrades while the walls were down.)Jeff provided quotes and floor plans in advance for my approval prior to commencing the work and kept me in the loop every step of the way. He was professional, courteous and punctual. Any question or concerns I had via texts or voicemail were responded to within an hour. The tradesmen he connected me with and is own crew were first rate. He worked with me and made suggestions to keep my costsdown and within budget. His rates are reasonable and the work was completed on time and under budget. I would highly recommend Modern Touch Renovations especially after a fiasco with a much bigger company who left me in the lurch when they got a bigger much more lucrative project.In a word Jeff and Josh and Austin were quite simply… Awesome.

We really enjoyed working with Jeff and are very happy with how our 2-storey addition turned out! With COVID and supply-chain issues, it was a stressful time to build but Jeff kept us informed every step of the way and always worked hard to find solutions if an issue arose.
