Great customer service from anyone I talked to, personally dealt with Kash and Madison. First time needing a rental and this was a great experience. They followed up and was patient with my questions!

I love this branch! staff here are amazing! Quick service and very easy to deal with. I have purchased the Roadside assistance and it happened that I left the car key inside and Road assistance came so fast!

I’ve been to few other enterprises locations, by far the very worst location with very rude and unprofessional staff.This instance we went to rent for the long weekend. Forgot to get the staff name but he was very demeaning and straight out rude to us.Treated us as if we’re getting something for free. The car had scratches in it and it was dirty inside and out. When mentioned it he brushed it off or said something like so what.I was really furious for the way his demeaning behaviour towards us. His mentality was like you rent it or leave.He left us to decide and to come inside, went inside and was helped by a female staff she was friendly and we mentioned that we don’t want a car with damage/scratches and asked if there’s any other locations that we are willing to go see other vehicles, he overheard us and interfered and said no you are well off with this vehicle.This male worker needs some more training, even though we both were decent and polite,this worker attitude was horrible towards us.It felt like I needed to talk his manager or something. Isn’t there any management on site?Can someone respond to me, to this complaint?

Great service here! Everyone here was really friendly and asking me about my plans for a trip I was taking and we're even offering tips and suggestions since I was new to town. I was also impressed that everybody remembered me when I came back and asked me how my trip went.

Beware !!!!! New owners and staff at this location. They out for money. . Take photos of the vehicle before you leave. Also check the washer fluid and gas levels. Both were empty upon pick up. I had rented from this location in the past and absolutely never will again in the future. Will gladly post photos and documentation when I receive their 'quotes on the repair cost for damage I did not do. Am now being given different answers as to what their process is and they have kept my deposit for damages and also trying to scam my insurance. A lawyer is worth every penny not to be manipulated by these crooks

Was involved in a wreck recently and rented a car under insurance.. the stress of the entire experience with this branch was not worth it. After we returned the car they came after us for damages that were undocumented on the car, and they will not accept our video taken on the day the car was rented.. plus the person who gave their contact info for a direct line ignores our calls and doesn't return them anymore. Today we got off the phone with someone in the claims department and they were shocked to see that this location hasn't documented any history whatsoever on this car.. I'm thinking this branch is full of scammers because they specifically suggested this car to my wife, and when she received it there was snow covering the vehicle. Meaning they didn't bother to check the condition of the vehicle at that time.. I don't know what you guys are doing with your time there but I suggest using it to do some actual work on your cars and not just sit around trying to scam people for your paychecks.
