Excelente opción si quieres vivir en el corazón de la ciudad de Toronto, ya que esta muy bien comunicado con muchas áreas.

As a realtor I have sold many units in this building over the years. I continue to do so as it is one of my favorite buildings and I do maintain a list of up coming units not yet listed for sale on MLS. I branded this building as The Gateway to Yorkville simply because you can access Yorkville and Bloor West Shopping from within the building and without going outside. Clearly these units are undervalued when you consider the location. Other buildings in the area can easily go for $1500 a square foot and up; that is well above what 8 Park Road sells for. The fact that you can access both metro/subway lines and the finest shopping Toronto has to offer without leaving buildings is truly amazing. The management and concierge service is second to none. I'm looking forward to the impact that the new W Hotel will have on this block as Bloor shopping pushing east along Bloor.

The property manager Sincere Liu of Elite Property Management is awful and dodges virtually every resident concern. She's also been shown to be willing to cut corners on safety. Building was a lot better before she arrived.
