Top bags, Side bags, foot pegs, bar extensions, supplement tail lights etc, etc. Eric and staff is very knowledgeable and loves to talk about anything with respect to motorcycles and accessories. Something fishy going on....Order some pads online, entered all my credit card information and submitted order. Said there was an error processing order. The next day I received a fraudulent charge from Presto, a smart card payment that is used for Toronto transit system. I live in Burnaby, BC. Had to cancel my card.

Ordered RAM Mounts, I was told they were out of stock, that didn't matter to me as long as I got them in the end (wasn't in any rush to get them). I emailed the company after a few days asking when they expected the delivery, they told me the wait would be 3 months, I accepted. When the date given to me was approching I didn't get any info from the site regarding shipping info or even the state of the order, so 2 days before the date I was Supposed" to receive the item

Ordered a high-end set of saddlebags ( SW Motech ). Great price, fast shipping! When I installed them, I discovered one of the arms was bent. In order to install the saddlebag, I have to move my signal light out of the way. I contacted twisted throttle customer service to see if they can send out a replacement arm.The agent said to send all the hardware back. I said I don't want to miss out on our short riding season and will send the hardware once they send me the replacement. By the end of season, still hadn't received anything. I called, they said their system was down and to try calling again later. Called again the next day, same story. I called again in a few months and was told they were not able to offer any replacement part.Most dealers can order anything you need. I would suggest ordering locally for good customer service than order via twisted throttle.

These guys are the unprofessional and lazy middle man.. skip them and go directly to source or find another distributor.I placed several orders with Twisted Throttle.It was not at all communicated that the parts I had ordered were not actually in stock and that it would take time to get. I had to follow up repeatedly to get some vague ETAs which were just a date pulled from a hat. After the most recent of ...next week.." replies

I've made a couple of purchases, my first (GPS mount) didn't qualify for free shipping (min. order $149.00) The second (Givi Windscreen) did. The confirmation email showed a shipping charge.I made an inquiry to Customer Service, and in less than 24 hours they responded with a corrected invoice. Well done.My only question is, how are A Vicious Cycle and Twisted Throttle related?

Twisted Throttle Canada force charged my credit card for a purchase that I did not make on behalf of a company that I no longer own. I called them to try and resolve the situation and spoke with Tim. After speaking to him, e-mailing the details and then sending a follow-up e-mail I still have yet to receive any kind of response. I guess they are just happy they got paid even if it was by someone that didn't actually order or receive the product.

Twisted Throttle.ca is now twistedthrottle.com,has now gone American. All prices in US Dollars, shipments through Fedex, with a 7% surcharge for out of USA orders. Won't be doing business with them again, nor Fedex! This company didn't even have the courtesy to email customers and let them know of the changes. So much for their marketing savvy. Too bad they carried a good inventory. Will be dealing with Canadian companies from now on.

In the realm of online reviews I try to be fair. The store is good and they carry a wide array of products from Twisted Throttle. I have bought from the store when I was there in person. However this time I am pretty upset as I was expecting urgent delivery of a product and was assured it would reach by a given day. I had to call a couple days later only to find out that the item hadn't shipped. It was only shipped after my call. For the price and delivery charges I would have been better off buying at Royal distributing or GP bikes.

Great company with very fast delivery . I recieve my packages 1 day after I'm notified its shipped . Lots of Sw Motech in stock . My favorite brand .
