Wonderful service. Anytime my husband and I need anything with our cars the manager Will is awesome!! Super happy and thankful to find a shop and people we trust!

My car recently left me stranded on a road trip from out of Province. With my clutch gone and in close proximity to OK tire I had no other options. My car is a highly modified sports car with a 2 stage racing clutch, so I had some reservations at first.After dealing with OK Tire I now realize how lucky I was.Will, the manager or owner(?), was polite, professional, and understanding of my predicament. He quickly was able to settle my anxiety by having a very solid and knowledgeable Mechanic, Brian, troubleshoot my issue. After quickly diagnosing my issue and ordering parts I was driven to the airport to catch a quick plane home.I returned the following week, by plane, to pick up my car with no issues.This is a fine establishment with great management and qualified mechanics. I've been coming back for years for the great service and laughs from the entire team. Weather it's mechanical or tire related. Always taking care me and my family. Will and Conner are like popping in to hang with your buddies.

Had a fantastic experience here. Not only did they take my car in last minute, they quickly found the issue and made it run again.I had a diesel gelling problem due to the extreme cold spell, the tech wasn't even phased and knew exactly what to do. Even changed my battery out. as I had a long drive ahead of me, they also ensured that the problem itself was indeed fixed before letting me drive the car away.Not only that, Will at the front, even put items back into the hatch area I had in backseat. Truly found this shop went over and above anything I could have expected, very friendly and accommodating, plus very fair pricing.Highly recommend anyone go see them if you need anything done on your vehicle.

The Mgr, Will, and his staff went above and beyond to help us when we encountered tire trouble as we were passing through Kamloops. We had already been to 3 other shops and were sent away with “no, sorry can’t help you”.Since the tire size we needed was not a common one, Will came outside to assess ( no other shop did this) and found a solution for us. He called around to find a competitor in town that had what we needed in stock so we didn’t have to wait for an extra day for shipping. The staff helped direct us to a nearby campground. All this with no business in it for them! We would go to Will and team again without hesitation.

Wonderful staff who care about their client base. I had a minor tire fix and they got it done in under their quoted time. Definitely my go to shop in town now - worth the drive

I had a sudden truck issue while I was in the middle of my big move from Squamish to Vernon.Thankfully this location was open on the weekend to help me and could tackle the list of repairs I needed to get back up and running.The over the phone service was helpful and there quote on parts was a lot cheaper in the end than other places I contacted. In person the gentleman I was dealing with was a pleasure and made the process smooth and painless leaving me with a great experience.I have recommended this locations services to several others.Over all just wish to say thank you to all the staff that helped me out and got my rusty old dodge up and running again!

Had my summer tires changed over to winter tires. Great, friendly service from Michelle, Connor and Will. They always remember your name. It’s a pleasure doing business here!!!

They are SO friendly, fast and knowledgeable. Honestly had such a great experience changing my tires out. Make you feel like a long term friend right away, funny lighthearted and professional. Can’t recommend the Salish location enough!
