I was very pleased with the service that I received at this clinic. Akram and her assistant were very patient and listened to my concerns. They were both so very helpful and were committed to ensuring that I was completely satisfied with my denture before I left. They both took the time to answer all my questions and let me know to call the office at any time for any future concerns. Having to get dentures at 30 is hard. But everyone at the clinic was so kind and understanding. The end result is amazing. Thank you to the denturist for being so great with me.

Wonderful service from this clinic. Cared to make things as good as possible on original denture made in a lab for my dentist.Now, they have made me a denture that fits wonderfully.

My experience has been very good at Waterloo Denture Clinic. The Denturist has been wonderful throughout the whole process. She has very exacting standards for herself and for the dentures that she creates. If she is not happy with the product, she will redo her work until it is acceptable to her and therefore her patient. She takes the time to do it right! This review should have been done a long time ago as promised but life gets busy. This might be a small place but it certainly runs with the biggest hearts I have ever had to pleasure of dealing with. It's even better that they installed a ramp a while back , which is fantastic for individuals who need it. The ladies here take the time to know you as an individual and take the time to make things fit just right so you can continue with your own busy lives. I have always been treated like an individual and not just another client. I would recommend this location/business to anyone and if you are not into fancy offices but more into a personal connection with someone who cares about your needs...this is the place you could keep coming back to for years to come - I have for years for different reasons and extremely happy with their services.

STEALING CLIENTS!!when making the appointment we asked if this was the right place as our denturist office had moved location, and so did we. They said yes they have our file and made an appointment. As it's 7hr drive and I didn't want to be going to the wrong place they assured us it was the right place!They LIED they are not the same clinic. They have NO FILE. ... SHAME.

Very caring, friendly people. The information and guidance for a newbie was extremely helpful. The workmanship on the teeth was awesome, beyond what I initially thought possible!
