My Mutual Insurance

We were hit by the Regina storm in August of this year. We called and within a few days our adjuster Jeremy came out ! He was thorough and actually found things we missed that were damaged !! Jeremy made the process easy and quick as it was a stressful time ! Thanks Jeremy !! Thank you to the entire team at My Mutual ! I know it’s a team effort !

There are so many good things to say about My Mutual, so I'll be brief. I did my research and found My Mutual to be the best value. My claim, although there were many at the time was done in a timely manner. The inspector was very detailed in his approach to the claim, professional, friendly and informative to the questions I asked. Being a Construction Manager for many years, now retired I did my own assessment and was pleased to find that the final assessment by MY Mutual was only a few hundred dollars different than mine. Rob was awesome in handling my claim, very professional, helpful and had great communication with me throughout the process of my basement rebuild. I was having trouble finding a restoration company to come and clean my flooded basement as Regina was super busy with the big storm that hit, Rob went out of his way to find me a contractor from outside of Regina to come and clean up my basement promptly so I did not have to wait around for a company to get out here. Quotes and costs to replace lost items etc. were approved quickly and I was really happy with the coverage.

It was an awesome experience to work with Jeremy! He was very helpful and I was feeling comfortable to talk about some issues of my house. He contacted us and solved the problems in timely manner. He sent a right company, called Service Master in Swift Current, to fix my house and they worked impressively.As English is not my first language, I always worry about how I speak but he tried to understand and catch what was a point and repeated that he understood right or not. That helped a lot to solve the issues of my house.I definitely recommend this company to others and give more than five stars on him and My Mutual Insurance.
