Casino Taxi

Our driver did not keep his eyes on the road, and made some inappropriate comments that made us feel uncomfortable. He did, however, get us to our destination promptly and was doing his best to be friendly.

Quick service for a late night call after a Xmas party. The driver could have had more etiquette when filling out the chit before I signed it with the information that is required from them. Other than that he was very quiet.

Pre booked but the cab did not show up. On enquiring the rationale was they have no drivers. Have to book for another cab to get to work. Not reliable.

Always quick service. Drivers are friendly. Pick ups in 2-4 mins using the app. Appreciate when drivers let you just sit in peace and quiet. Some cars have no AC and could be cleaner, hence the 4*.

This evening I was driven from downtown Halifax to the north end in cab #4025, by driver Mosisa( probably not spelled correctly!). It was by far the best cab in the Casino fleet that I have had in the last 20 years! I had given up on Casino because I was tired of crawling in/out of broken down,old, Toyota Camrys! I had started using Yellow cab when I was in Hfx, with some improvements! I will remember to ask for #4025 from now on! Thank you!

Very happy with the service. Love the convenience of the app. which allows me to call a cap right away or pre-book a ride. I had rides with them to and from the Halifax airport and within downtown. Drivers I encountered are very friendly and the cars are tidy.

Scheduled the ride in advance and our driver was early, which was great. Very convenient to pay through the app. The only con was that the car was hot and therefore uncomfortable.Edited from 4 to 2 stars: Checked my credit card and I was charged $9 more than my fixed rate for a tip. Would have loved an option in the app to decide for myself how much to tip based on the experience (like Lyft). Not impressed, and will not be riding with them again.

I can't say enough about the service for a recent booking that I made to go to the airport. The driver arrived 30 mins early which helped ease my anxiety about flying out for an early AM flight. They also provided an arrange pick up for my early flight returning from my vacation. Thank you again for the clean vehicle, accommodating our ski bags and pleasant driver.

So first regarding this guy, #261. I was simply trying to ask him where is he rn cause I needed to be on maritime bus terminal on time but this guy was the most rude person I have come across especially I was like waiting for him for around 13-15 minutes. When I called him in the first time to ask where is he, he was rude from the beginning and was like I'm on the way bla bla. Later he was like you gave me wrong address, I was telling him I'm on the parking side, if you are somewhere else I'll come there he was like you are wrong so take another one. I'm ending this call, what the hell?!Learn some manners we are paying you for it. I would just gave one star but someone else from your company Daniel #941 helped me on time to get on my destination and I'm very thankful for that. Thank you!

Used the cab, paid with tap they claimed it didn't go through but I showed them my bank notification showing the transaction paid. Cabby insisted it didn't go through despite me giving proof it did go through. Clearly taking advantage of people trying to double charge them by pressuring them. Once I insisted the transaction went through, suddenly they said that their machine died and I ruined his night and needed to give him whatever cash I had to cover the cost (that I already paid) and was being really aggressive and creepy. Stick to Uber these guys are not safe.
