Unbelievably slow shipping! Takes at minimum 7-10 days to even process the order & then finally ship, which is just crazy! Product is good but shipping is just terrible

This is the 4th Healthy Planet Store I have shopped at. ranks right up there. Found what I was looking for quickly. Store was well laid out . staff knowledgeable and friendly.

They have a phone but no one really answers. It goes straight to voicemail, which tells you that the mailbox is unmonitored and you need to call back. It would have been convenient if customers can call to check if an item is in stock before heading over to the store.

Normally not a bad experience with the staff here, aside from the one Indian girl that works here. I've never once seen her working while in there, always talking and have heard her gossiping about other customers on multiple occasions to other staff members.When she waves you over to cash out, she will continue talking to other staff members and not say a word to you besides asking for your phone number on profile. She then won't even tell you your total, will continue to talk for another 2 minutes, and then be like you can put your card in now".I've been in customer service for 20+ years and rarely do I ever come across such consistent appalling customer service. People like this should not be allowed to work in customer service. Won't be coming here anymore and will continue shopping at TNS Health due to having much more mature and polite staff."

I hate to leave bad reviews but this seems to be the new norm for this location. Not ever black urban women is a thief I get watched before offered help and I've been a return customer for almost a year and a half. Apart from the pretty blonde girl with the cool piercings no one knows what's going on. I'd truly consider buying my vitamins online.

I purchased a moisturizer a couple of weeks ago and the dispenser was defective. I went in today and was told that I can't exchange it without a bill. I said that my transaction must be in the computer and they said they wouldn't look for it unless I could tell them the exact date of purchase and the exact amount that I paid for it. Too lazy to search for it, I guess. From now on, I'll just shop at TNS. Their customer service is way better.

Lots of great products, however can be a bit challenging finding sales staff for help

They carry a variety of products, and staff are friendly. Never had an issue having questions answered, especially if someone doesn't know, they will find a more knowledgeable staff member. Iman ( apologies if spelled wrong)was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain products and answer my questions.
