Absolutely worst service. Rushed to order then asked to park so their times don't look long. Got half my food brought out after 5mins then had to wait an additional 15mins almost for the rest of the food to be brought out. Drive the extra 7min to the next wendys, wouldn't waste the time coming here again

I went there.,. I looked at there picture on menu burger with onion rings, chicken and cheeze in between. I thought this would be interesting. So ordered it.To my surprise, they gave me that burger without onion rings, just added little bit of fried onions. I thought this must be a mistake. I went there ask them to correct it. They gave me back again after adding few more fried onions...I didn't wanted it. So I asked for my refund. I gave burger back. Employee especially cook at high attitude and started fighting with me. She was like what can we do , if they put that kind of poster, it will come only with fried onion. And she was shouting. I mean, if you don't have onion rings to add, just don't sell it.They were trying to impose that onion rings and fried onions are same. And they don't know why poster was showing onion rings, but they will only add fried onions.After lot of fight, manager refunded me.This happened between 6.45 to 7.15 PM on 12/12/2022

By far thee worst place to go to. I went with my family and there were a bunch of teenage kids making a mess and running around and yelling. I ask the wendys staff to tell them to leave and she went up to them and asked if they were fight they answered no and she just left them to keep making noises. They got my order wrong twice.

Horrible horrible horrible. Can not follow simple instructions and take no accountability for the mistakes they make. When someone orders Uber eats or Skip the dishes we pay lots of money in tip and fees. These people didn’t care that they added PORK to my potato even though I said NO bacon. They sent NO butter, NO vanilla frosty. Wouldn’t recommend

I was eager to try their breakfast but Paid $5 for a only sausage sandwich. Asked for butter they did not put any. Sausage was dried out.Tim Hortons is way better

Food tastes good however staff has big attitude. I kindly said my fries are too salty and they all gave me an ugly stare as if im asking for free food. Minimum wage workers doing what their best for lol.
