Absolutely terrible customer service. Three times now I've been sitting here waiting and waiting for my appointment, and finally I CALL THEM to find out what is going on, and they proceed to tell me that they have to cancel because the technician is sick. Surely if the technician is sick they would know about it the night before or at the very least, early morning. However there is absolutely no effort on their part to give any notice. And this has happened on THREE different occasions! Taking the morning off work to sit here waiting for nobody to show up is not really feasible for everyone. On top of that, they make absolutely no effort to make-up the appointment in a reasonable amount of time. I will certainly be finding new heating service providers.

Phone number is no longer in service. I stopped by the office and it's dark and looks closed out. Seems like they are out of business without providing any notice.

Honestly google needs to start putting -stars, waited around for about 5 hours until I decided to call the tech myself only to be informed my appointment was cancelled. No notification no nothing, I work can't just be waiting around all day with no warning. Service included with maritime fuels. Next year martime fuels can go eat dirt. Part of the reason I signed up was service included with the contract. Even scheduling an appointment is a pain, yeah someone one will call you back two weeks later. Should be up to me to call service is about communication.-5 stars.

Our oil tank was almost empty and the answering service explained that it might be 10 days before a fill up. We were very worried. However your driver delivered the oil 4 days earlierthan expected. With the storm coming , we can now relax. Thanks for the excellent service.

My family has dealt with this company for years.They installed our natural gas heating system, and we insured through them for years.We have continually had hot water issues and have had to call on them many, many times.They recently had to install a VERY expensive piece to the system, and now we are lucky to have hot water running for more than 2 minutes; it is luke warm after that.Now, Adams won’t even return our calls.Good luck dealing with this company.

The first 2 times they sent techs to repair our new boiler was difficult, the techs both from the UK were excellent. Then I called for a no heat event, was incredibly poor. My wife and I called at least 4 times and kept getting a promise of someone would call back. Never ever received a call back from anyone. That is after having to talk to the manager and even the owner to get someone to come the first 2 times. Called another company who we had never dealt with and they were excellent.

Excellent service, was glad to see James from Wilson's now working at Adam's. Professional service, would highly recommend this company.

Today, I had a old oil tank replaced. The crew was incredible! The office staff was even better! I highly recommend this company! I just moved to this province and they made me feel very welcome and were very patient with all my questions. They will definitely be my company for all my heating and cooling!
