One star is too much. I ordered an original chicken combo with onion rings and it was barely edible. The onion rings were hard and old, same with the chicken. How can you have such little pride to serve what should be in the garbage? The service was also bad. The drive through lady had no personality and was moving aggressively and basically shoved the bag of food in my face. I hope their head office checks the comments cause they are not up to par with the quality of the BK brand.

When we walked in the store, there were no people at the counter to serve us they were laughing in the back and not in sight. my mom and I and one other man that was in the store were all calling for them for about 10 minutes before comeone came and started serving us.They also had a random guy in there on his phone, and he was touching the food and counters in the back.When we were ordering, they were very clueless as to what we were even saying, and when we got our food, all of our order was wrong we were missing a pouting and they didn't even put cheese on it nor barely any gravy. And all the fries were small when we ordered large.I don't recommend ordering here at all terrible service.

Ordered two of their new Whopper Melts. Advertisement photo show them as being toasted golden brown and crispy. What we got was plain white buns, completely untoasted. Might as well have bought a burger patty in two slices of white bread. Super disappointing to say the least. With what prices are these days for takeout, you’d at least be hoping to get what you paid for!

We walked into the store to get our food as we have had other Instances of cold and dry food through the drive-thru. Once home, all of the 3 whoppers and the bacon and cheese burgers were cold and dry and the whoppers were not saucy at all. It seems as though the Patties were left out under a heat lamp for hours and it was quite frankly disgusting. The fries were hot and the employee even made a remark to the staff to tell them to make it hot. Why do that if their food always comes out hot as they claim.The manager Mohammed is horrible to deal with and it took him 5 days to return our call after numerous follow ups. He did absolutely nothing to regain our business by way of giving us any sort of restitution and was rude and unpleasant to deal with. What a bad representation of the brand.After a long day of travel back from vacation and what was supposed to be a late night dinner, we were left with hungry stomachs and a strong desire to never ever go back to this location again.As a side note, the manager Mohammed was not only rude but he refused to give us the area managers name and contact info. After spending $70 plus dollars, it is an affront to good customer service on every level.STAY AWAY from this location! The best location is in Oakville on Trafalgar.

I can't win with this location. I never go here! I used to - but when their customer service is terrible and they get the simplest orders wrong, or they don't put extra ice in drinks when asked it makes for a terrible experience. Everyone looks angry and they make no eye contact and accuse you of saying something you didn't and that's why the order was wrong. Today, after not going there for months because of their history of horrible service, I thought ok, what can go wrong? I just wanted a large diet coke with ice. And knowing they never get it right at the drive-through, I went in to order it. I went to the fountain to fill my cup with the normal amount of ice (which I never get here if I order through the drive-through), and I go to fill my cup with diet coke and it is all watery. I mention that to them and they get mad at me. They then said they were out and the order is coming today. So they suggested Coke Zero which is a totally different flavour that I cannot actually stand but got anyways but what I really wanted was a refund. They need to put a sign on the fountain saying out of order. That would have completely changed my decision and I would have gone elsewhere. I always go to the McDonald's up the street. They are amazing! Good old fashioned customer service - happy people. Great conversations! A wonderful experience. Here? AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL! They don't care. And it shows.

I go to this one to order for my husband.He usually gets the whopper with cheese and a double whopper with cheese.The food is always good and the staff, yes, they can work on their people skills because once they take the order, they turn their back and really do not acknowledge you're even there unless you ask them a question, but I am in and out in under 5 minutes. I would rather that, then, spending forever there waiting for my food.

Ordered two Whopper combos for lunch today and the service was quick and the order was accurate. Decent food and the temperature was fine. The staff took the time to offer alternate options for fries which was appreciated.
