What a great park. Lots of climbing and slides. The swings were great but could use just regular single person swings. I also don't understand why people who design parks put arches over the rails (both my kids hit the tops of their heads on them). Loved the big open field beside the playground, great for soccer or frisbee or just running around. Also wonderful because it's not near any busy roads. Would be great if there was a portapotty on sight. We had a great time here!

This park is great. Accessible for all needs. Close to ACH for a getaway from the hospital. Plenty of space, green space for a little football and steps and hardware for littles to practice their steps on. The park has a lot of climbing rope structure and slides.

Great playground with a rocket ship theme. Very accessable. The fun net area is great for climbing. There's also a pingpong table and a small green space for running your kids around.

Northwest Commons Park
This is one of our current favourite parks. It is accessible for multiple ages and abilities. The only downside is that it is in a newer developed area. Therefore there aren’t many established trees and little shade throughout the day. We try to go early in the morning or on a cloudy day and it’s perfect. Grab a treat from the nearby save on or monogram coffee and enjoy a visit with friends at the playground.

Fun little playground. The extras make it worth visiting: a sunken sport field (so balls don't escape into the surrounding roads), a giant chess board (bring your own pieces), and a permanent ping pong table (bring your own equipment). Great area too. Lots of shops and a grocery store.

Lots of good equipment for the kids and the surface is clean and spongey for safety, however, there are no trees or anything else for shade and the surface really reflects heat. On a hot day it's almost unbearable. Planting some trees around the perimeter would help.

Northwest Commons Park
Good inclusive playground, tabletop tennis, giant checkerboard and a flat grassy field. Park is particularly nice for kids of different ages with something for most age groups. There isn't much shade or benches, but there is concrete seating as part of the amphitheatre/field adjacent. Parking, especially during the ongoing area construction, can be challenging but all in all a great park to visit with the kids.

Our children love here. Great equipment for 3-8 years old. You can get some snacks or coffee thus area. But almost no shade at all the sunny day afternoon.
