I received excellent customer service in this Canada Post outlet as well as Wellington Cleaners. The person who works there has outstanding knowledge about products and services. They're professional and super friendly! They offer photography services (Canadian passport picture, permanent residence application picture, others country visa application picture) only $9.99 which is cheapest price in the city. Wellington Cleaners also offers 5 pieces dry cleaning for $29.99 only. I strongly recommend shoppers to shop there for postal services, dry cleaning services and photography services.

Quite simply, Wellington Cleaners cannot be reliably counted on to be open during its displayed working hours. On numerous occasions, I have gone to ship or pick up a parcel, only to find out they were closed. I will be making a formal complaint with Canada Post.

Went to pick up package within listed business hours and they were closed. Called Canada Post and they gave me their direct number. I called and there was no answer and there was no voicemail. I just want my package/want to know when I can pick it up? Ugh. Annoying.

Inconvenient opening hours. Says they open at 11am, but don't trust it - this morning they are late. Another customer in line outside said the store staff was 20 minutes late the other day. This is the worst Canada Post outlet I've ever been to. It is inconsiderate to open late, especially with such strange inconvenient hours of operation. And they are also a dry Cleaners. Can't imagine many professionals dropping off and picking up their dry cleaning during these hours.

The first time picking up my package here the clerks were insistent my preferred name was not my name and I felt publicly embarrassed. It was written on my package and my friend who came with me had to stop them from arguing with me. I don't enjoy going to pick up my packages here at all.

Awful man, always misunderstands and says something different than the first time. It's like we speak two different languages with different meanings. He has bad listening skills to top that up with horrible customer service skills. This guy is also disrespectful to his customers and should learn to socialize better with them and not condescend them. He also has a bad attitude and demeanor. It's really painful just to go in their and ask him a simple question. He makes simple things questions so complicated. I also believe he over charges especially from the lack or poor service.

Postal serviceWe have a business and have our PO box here because the previous location changed and we were informed to come here. When we renewed our box the person removed my name and only kept my spouse and now I've lost all my mail. Also, they are never open when we go to Pickup our mail.

I get my parcels sent here.I'm always having pleasant and quick service with the manager. A lot of the negative feedback here appears out of whack compared to my experiences.I read a few reviews and the one consistent thing I'm seeing is that these people are poorly picking up their parcels.I'm admittedly not making things complicated so I guess no supposed wrath experiences for me.

Imbecile called me and rudely asked me to come pick up large heavy packages. I was in today to pick up some small items and add he rudely asked how I was going to take the heavy packages. I told him I would get them in two days because I need to get a truck. He could not seem to understand the delay. He also likes to broadcast and repeat my name all the time. I guess my name is very novel to him. Complete idiot that should not complain about doing his job - taking packages.

Moved to the area back in June.. Used them strictly for postal delivery.. Very fast and efficient.Had a very expensive high end Canada goose jacket that needed cleaning and was skeptical based on the reviews..They offered a very fair rate of $60 vs $100+ for other cleaners.. My jacket was pretty grimy from winter car snow removal.. And it came back looking brand newHighly recommended
