Best experience of my life, the staff went above and beyond all expectations. The caring and thoughtful nurses literally changed my life. The nice older lady that takes you food orders during the week is also awesome. If you have been lucky enough to get in there you know what I mean. Will recommend to anyone needing these services. A big thanks to all the staff!!

Detox was great aside from 2 weeks being cut down to 1 week due to covid, completed my stay and moved to stabilization, which is now 2 weeks instead of 4 weeks.The downside is that people are now being told stabilization has no beds and are being sent home after 7 days in detox.That and the time lost to resettling when stabilization is moves to a house by the courthouse on January 5th,2021.In the middle of my stay.

They run an apartment building on Tillicum Rd/Regina St that has had 2 hostage taking incidents and lots of drug dealing activities. Now they allow homeless tents on the property. When contacting the RJH EM Pavillion for queries on their 'management ' no one will take responsibility. Pass the buck. It's pathetic.

Did not enjoy experience there did not treat me with the respect did not help me out at all went in for suicidal thoughts and was treated badly and dismiss the next day
