Rented from them multiple times and everytime the trailers and equipment have been in good condition! Fair price and well maintained.

Today i was supposed to meet to pick up a trailer at 8 am but because i did not call to confirm this yesterday (nor was i told to confirm when i booked 2 days prior) there was no one there. After i called a guy was sent out to give me a hitch and when he showed up at 8:45 he threw it into the locked compound and drove away without a word. He claims there was no one there but i had turned around on the road and let him back out onto the road, so he knew someone was there. Meanwhile the guy on the phone gave me access to the compound and allowed me to hook up the trailer solo. I was checking my lights (by wedging my snowbrush on my brake because somethings are not easier alone) and found 1 of the brake lights was not working. After all of the hastle i unhooked and left without a trailer or giving this guy any of my money. The guy seemed jaded and was being strict about drop off time as he has had bad experiences in the past but made no effort to ensure i got the trailer in a timely manner, was hooked up properly or had working lights. It was very unprofessional and his speedy response time on the phone is the only reason i am giving 2 stars. Very disappointed with this experience and drove over an hr to rent this trailer. Huge waste of my time.
