Hilton Trails 6th Line Parking
Nice big area. Sun for days up on top of escarpment. I gave only 4 stars as the trail head parking is confusing with no parking signs and arrows in both directions. Naturally if you are far enough from the sign... you can park... but there are so many signs In a row and both sides of six line... so it's like you can no longer park at the trail head and only at main gate.

Lovely rocky trail (like Canadian shield). Hiking during winter will be risky as you will not know you will step. But any other season without snow it is lovely.

Hilton Trails 6th Line Parking
This is a great trail system. There are plenty of trails for bikes. A trail that loops around or a trail that goes straight from 6th line parking lot to 4th line. The parking lot is very small, 10 vehicles at the most and there are no parking signs along the road. Just have to wait till someone pulls out, if you have the patience for free parking.

Great winter hike. Easy flat trail. One watch out is the parking lot is not maintained and is very small, so it does get busy. The most important thing is, this is free! So enjoy responsibly.

Hilton Trails 6th Line Parking
Great hike, we did a loop to Hilton Falls and back. This was the longest hike we have done so far! 19km in 4hrs, over 22,000 steps! You can even have a bon fire at the falls! Would have loved to see the fall colours, we will be back!

Hilton Trails 6th Line Parking
Excellent place for your day trips. Beautiful fall environment and a nice walk either if you are walking though the main trail or through the various small side trails. The side trails are the favourites. Keep an eye on the trail as you will see many small surprises - ample small animals, various mushrooms, birch trees and other flora and fauna. Particularly this is a very clean trail with many photogenic opportunities.

This parking spot is well located, but it has space for 8-9 cars max. The is no concrete or asphalt and It is not prepare for wheel chairs. On long weekends or holidays is busy so people had to park on the side of the road (6th line)But the trails are awesome and if you like to use your bicycle it is allowed.

Hilton Trails 6th Line Parking
Free parking if you want to hike the Hilton Falls Conservation Area. Fits about 8-9 cars (if everyone parked evenly). On a Saturday near end of June 2022 there were 4 cars parked by noon.Hike to the falls from there is about 4km, but be warned of mosquitoes and other flying insects which seem more abundant in that northern part of the park. It made our hike less enjoyable than we hoped. Mosquito repellent didn't seem to help and it was so annoying to us that we even considered cutting the hike short and going back to the car (and I was wearing all long sleeves!), but we really wanted to see the falls, and your mosquito-tolerance may vary.Other than that annoyance we loved the trails there, lots of trees and shadows. Some of the trails are rocky and go up or down so be extra cautious. Google Maps helped us alot navigating our way to the falls.
