I was lucky to get 4 hours with three cleaners from the House Whisperer for 4 hours and couldn't have been more pleased with the results.Well, by the time they had left, my house looked brand new. They let me know what else could have been done, what they had done, and I couldn't recommend this service enough now after seeing the results myself. 6/5.

Great experience. Booked a move out clean, I had three wonderful ladies come for 2 hours and give my place a nice clean to leave the place tidy for the new owners. Great value for the work completed. Would recommend! Thank you!

I was not happy with the level of cleaning - it tended to be cursory rather than thorough which should be the norm, eg. dust bunnies underneath the dining table, dust bunnies behind the bed headboard, etc. They cleaned around items rather than moving them. This was brought to their attention on three occasions but nothing changed so I decided to no longer use their services.

Poor service… only cleans around items, floors still dirty Post mopping on serval occasions…complained a few times but still unhappy with level of cleaning…different cleaners show up every week, sometimes not at all…usually arrive late.

Great cleaners and great service. I called three cleaners, only two returned my call and only one took the time to ask a lot of questions and help me see what was best for us. The cleaners are friendly and go a great job throughout our home.

VERY DISAPPOINTED. The services you receive for the price is outrageous. I have had several cleaners over the years and was shocked at how poorly this long standing business operates. Times were changed without notice, I was billed for the time I took to explain what to focus on, which I had to do each visit as the staff were not consistent. I was even over billed, not to mention the actual cleaning was of poor quality. On a positive note the staff were nice to deal with but the owner unfortunately defaulted to lies and excuses when concerns brought up, which was even more disappointing than the work done.

I was not impressed with the quality of the cleaning and was overcharged by an entire hour. When I brought my comments to the owner, no ownership was taken. When the crew left, I found that dusting wasn't done properly (nothing was moved to dust around or under small objects, and I could have used a Swiffer myself to perform the little that was accomplished). Also, no countertops were even wiped down. That said , the job on the floors and bathrooms were quite good, hence the 2 stars. Will not be using again.

Contacted The House Whisperer and they got back to me within minutes. I needed a cleaning of the apt I was moving out of. We scheduled a time and in fact they were early. The job was done, the apt I was leaving was left spotless and I didnt have to do a thing. The House Whisperer crew are the best, and would recommend and use them again .
