Avis Car Hire - Inverness Airport

Great experience renting from this location - super fast and friendly service, great upgrade as a preferred/loyalty program member and no fuss returns. Would definitely rent here again.

Didn't receive the booked and reserved car (SUV) first.Replacement car had a malfunction.Manager didn't offer an adequate refund for the inconvenience.

Avis car rental at Inverness airport were just incredibly helpful, very personal service, helped by the fact it wasn’t a long queue, but it was a rental car experience I have not had before.

Terrible service in Inverness airport took over 1 hour and 30 mins to get served only one person serving none on Quick Pass

In Scotland, what a gorgeous, brand new ride for our holiday! What a pleasure to drive!! Thank you especially to the counter agent who checked us in! We rented too small of a car originally for all our luggage. She helped put us in a larger vehicle and it was perfect! Apple play helped us navigate our way through the Scottish Highlands and the lane assist was helpful on the tricky turns!

Avoid this firm!!! If I could give zero star I would (and so far I have only given 5 stars on Google, so this is really bad). We rented a car over the weekend and 2 hours away from Inverness (in a rugged area), the car broke down (potentially an oil leakage in the engine-it was black oil all over the front of the car). We were initially told by AA a car would pick us up within an hour, then it was delayed to 3.5 h (and we’re still waiting). Avis did not answer their phone despite numerous tries from both us and AA (even though they were supposed to be open). Avis might be a good world wide firm-but please do not hire a car with Avis in Scotland! If something happens-you will be stranded with no help from Avis! Now we’re just hoping AA will come before it gets too dark and cold!

Very happy with the car and ease of getting the car and returning it. Very close to airport terminal no walk for hours with luggage and very nice clean car. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect. Car in excellent condition and drive lots of miles with no problems. Pick up was extremely helpful despite a very late time due to a delayed flight.

After departing my plane and waiting an extended 40mins (due to a customer complaint ahead of me & a backup of waiting customers) I was informed due to a lack of cars I was getting a free upgrade to an amazing and brand new Mercedes-Benz C200 Sedan at the same rate as my booked VW. Their process of letting me know of savings that could be made, and exchanges of insurance that would put me at benefit by the guy behind the counter (wasn't able to get his name) was nothing short of excellent. Would highly recommend Avis at Inverness

The Avis representatives at the desk inside Inverness Airport terminal and at the office located in the rental car park were not only friendly, but also efficient and extremely helpful. After a long and arduous journey from London, I was feeling quite weary. However, the Avis team went above and beyond to assist me in getting on the road, and I departed from the airport with a genuine smile on my face.
