Came across this coffeehouse during a short trip to Brockville. Cappuccino and chocolate croissant were delicious. Had read so much about Sam the owner and he lived up to all the positive comments noted elsewhere.

Took a detour to Brockville and found this little gem. The owner was really nice and joked around with us. The restaurant had a very homey feel. Order a london fog and a homemade cookie, both delicious.

Went in with a friend after going to the night market.. a bit late and very thirsty and hungry. What a nice place. Welcoming and the food was great.. and different from every other place. Hot chocolate yumm! Sam did not even rush us out when we stayed til the end.Both of us will be back for sure.

Stopped by here today for the first time. Just had coffee tea and croissant but it was all delicious and a great price. Will definitely be visiting again.

This was my first stop in Brockville. A lovely coffee shop with lots of options to pick from.I will note, their challah bun is not actually challah - more of a croissant in a ball. It was still great but definitely not challah and needs some rebranding.Their matcha tea latte was good, it wasn't too sweat and there were no clumps.The people seemed lovely and I appreciate that it's open earlier than anywhere else in town.

Wonderful independent spot to meet friends and share some laughs. The owner at Richard's has a receptacle for patrons to donate money to help offset the costs of the meals that this establishment provides 3 times a year(Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas) for the less fortunate. I have been to Richard's numerous times this month. Coffee is always delicious. I had a keto friendly cookie which was delicious. Another time I had a fruit square(like a date square but with berries).

We came in this morning for breakfast while going to Kingston. Thought of having breakfast here instead of 'onroute'Have to say, the vibe of this place was just awesome! The owner and the staff very happy and helpful. Also very thoughtful, when he saw my younger son was having hot chocolate, he called him back to pour some more milk to cool it down, and said to him, 'so that you don't burn, while enjoying.' the spinach and feta pastry was very flaky and flavorful. The regular coffee was ok! The breakfast was good, specially the eggs. I would have preferred real bacon instead of turkey, but was good to taste. Also, for hash I would have preferred homestyle instead of store bought hash, although it was put together well and tasted good. The service was with a smile. Overall, has a great time. Thanks!

Took a city tour in Brockville and found Richard coffeehouse. The ambiance is WOW, a homey and nostalgic feel. The owner was really nice and friendly. We asked him to do two coffees (Both were delicious London Fog and salted Carmel). Amazing Experience!
