Very dissapointed in the service I had recieved. I used Poppa Eds the last two weeks as I needed a ride into work. I had pre-booked ahead of time for both weeks. In the email I had stated the times I needed to be picked up and the times I had to be at work and why I needed a cab at that time. The FIRST day the driver was 20 minutes late.. I had to call and ask where the cab was as it was 12:30 and no one was there yet. They said they were busy and they are on the way.. I prebooked the ride... so regardless of it being busy thats not really an excuse and if there were issues they should have notified the customer (me) that they would be running late. I had to call my work and let them know I was going to be late. Not only did that happen the first day it happened many times after that. I was always having to call and inquire about where the cab was as they were rarely ever on time. Why should I have bothered pre-booking in advance (to try and avoid these problems & being late for work) when it didnt seem to matter because they were never on time. I was late for work on multiple occasions. NOT HAPPY. Also one of the drivers I had was swerving on the road.. he swerved onto the shoulder at one point.. didnt feel very safe. All in all I am very upset with the service I had recieved.. and no one really seemed apologetic or empathetic at all. Never got an apology when the driver would show up late. Just remarks about did I have to wait a long time for him to arrive..? yes I did have to wait long and you made me and my sister late for work. I will never use this company again.

These guys were life savers for us! I wish I knew her name, but the young woman who picked us up was absolutely wonderful. She drove us back from a wedding out of town when our other ride fell through. Came quickly after calling them and they were so friendly and helpful. Their out-of-town rate was far more reasonable than the other local company that drove us to the wedding initially. I wish I had called them first, cannot thank these guys enough.

Worst ride I’ve ever experienced. Jeremy the “driver” is the most condescending, absentee, ex/current stoner I’ve ever experienced the torture of getting a ride from. Proceeded to run over my neighbours interlock and ask “do you want ME to get out and put it back?”Risk it all before calling this service and getting dealt with this driver.

Absolutely amazing service!! Drivers and staff are always 10/10. As a non driver, these wonderful people help me on so may levels.

Our family is very grateful to Poppa Ed’s Transportation. My Grandma was taken to the hospital from her nursing home but didn’t have her glasses. She’s doing fine now but still won’t be released for a couple of days and we wouldn’t be able to get there for at least another day, so we called Poppa Ed’s and arranged to have the glasses picked up from the home and delivered to the hospital. (For a very reasonable price, too!) Thank you, Loretta, for helping us coordinate the mission and Dale for completing it! Thanks to your kind willingness to help, Grandma can read to pass the time and see out of her window. Poppa Ed’s is a 5 star, 10 out of 10, accommodating, reliable, and trustworthy business and they have our sincerest appreciation.

Amazing staff, fantastic drivers. Always pleasant and courteous. I use no other service.

Always have good service when ive needed them in a pinch. They even allowed my dog one ride as well and was much appreciated.
