I was having an issue with one of my accounts and telephone banking was unable to provide me with much in terms of answers or direction. I went into this branch and Krista, the branch manager, was able to help me sort out the situation and get it rectified. She was very helpful with finding a solution and was a pleasure to deal with.

Not a fan of the valleyview location. Poor service and one of the worst managed cibc locations. Unfortunately the branch manager does not even have the customer service skills to call an upset customer to address there concerns. Just easier for her to watch them walk away. You have to wonder if her superiors know the kind of representative she is. Oh and don't let them force you into their imperial service plan. Its run with the same disregard for your time and money. After 35 years with Cibc it might be time for a change.
