Coffee grinder was not working. No coffee could be made. Pretty poor at a coffee place. Employees say equipment is always braking down .

Highly unproductive and slow staff. Three people working, yet only one person is doing actual work. I waited almost 15 minutes for a single drink. -10/10

This Starbucks was inside a grocery store. Limited food options. The plain dark roast coffee was good. The mocha, not as expected

We were just a couple hours into our 8-hour Drive stopped in this town of Brooks found a Starbucks to get our fix, coffees were made really really well the service people were nice friendly smiling just made the day a little bit nicer considering we had eight hours to drive, when people in the service industry go that extra mile to be pleasant smiling just makes your day feel better and it's very appreciated just want to say the two ladies working that day are both doing an amazing job.

SO SLOW!!! It’s actually ridiculous how slow they are! In the morning they only have one staff member on with a 10 person lineup. During the day, they have 2-3 staff in but it’s usually just one person doing the work (Justin is the only person making an effort). How does this make sense? Starbucks really needs to open a store outside of Safeway that has a drive thru and where you can actually use your gold stars since they expire so quickly. They are losing lots of business in Brooks due to the lack of staff, speed, and inconvenience of not being able to use the full features of being Starbucks rewards member…

I ordered a caramel macchiato. Some baristas squeeze the caramel so hard it instantly sinks to the bottom. Which is what makes a bitter drink until you get to the bottom. Then it's too sweet. Just ruins it

the one young lady, i forget her name was very polite and kind. she gifted me a compliment as i grabbed my drink and it made my day, and the drink was delishious! love this starbucks

I wish this was a stand alone store! Staff is always so nice and patient. Wish the hours were longer but hard to do inside a grocery store.
