The tech was really nice and they were quick and efficient and had a good estimate of wait times as xrays are walk in.However not the friendliest of front desk staff. He just seemed to scare me a little and had way too much of a cocky attitude instead of being welcoming. Also keep 1 policy either it be first come first serve, and if you leave for another appointment then you go to the back of the line or they hold your place. But don't tell different patients different policies just because they are getting loud.

The receptionists at the Major Mackenzie office were friendly and efficient and quite helpful. Lovely ladies working there.The xray technician was just as friendly and efficient. I would recommend.

Horrible experience. The only reason I’m adding a star is because the receptionist was very friendly. The technician was incredibly rude and was always rushing. I’m pretty sure she didn’t follow and correct procedures. I highly recommend steering away from this place.

Unbelievable, walked in with my 3.5 year old for a chest X-ray for possible pneumonia. It was 11:50am, we were the only ones there and the technician whom I saw.... she looked at us and told the receptionist to tell us to come back at 12:30pm as she's on lunch..... the only opened at 9am and it wasn't even noon......
