I was home all day waiting for my package that was supposedly 1 day shipping from Amazon(prime).I did not receive the package and got an email from Amazon saying that they were sorry for the fact that it couldn't be delivered as stated and that it would arrive between 2 and 4 days".The next day I was home also and saw no sign of any deliveries but

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I was expecting orders from amazon the first to be delivered on a Sunday. According to tracking it was in the truck and out for delivery. Despite providing my phone number AND GPS coordinates, as I live about 25 minutes outside of the city, although right off of a major highway, I did not receive a call or my package, and it was sent back to amazon. On Monday I called the company and spoke to a lady, she said that the driver tried to contact me 3 separate times on Sunday.. not true! I had my phone with me all day, not one call from them! I asked what I could do to support their drivers to ensure that my next package (due on Tuesday) would get delivered. She said that the driver would call me 30 min before the delivery. On Tuesday afternoon their driver called me and asked if he had the correct address. I reminded him of the highway he needed to take and that the GPS coordinates were provided, but I could give him directions if he would rather. He said he had 1 more delivery to do and he would call me back. He did not call, I did not receive my package AND they sent it back to Amazon... again!!!!! After speaking with a customer service agent, who did what was in his power, I asked to speak to a supervisor. Supervisor was not any more helpful, and then stated that the package was damaged... ummm. I call BS on that one! Had it been damaged, it shouldn’t have got on his truck, and that would have been stated by the customer service agent that I spoke to twice!!!! Besides the fact that the package was bathing suits... can’t really damage them too bad, let’s be honest!! PROTECT yourselves Winnipeggers.. call Amazon and request that this company does not deliver for you, especially if you live outside the city limits!!!

I am livid! I was expecting multiple orders from amazon, and I got a notification that it could not be delivered because they didn't feel it was safe to leave package unattended. I was home, when they attempted" to deliver and I did not hear or get a knock or LETTER that they tried to deliver. When I checked my amazon that's when I found out they attempted to deliver. I tried calling dynamex and the girl said she would call the driver and call me back. Im still waiting for her call back and that was 2 days ago. I tried calling back the number and now its just a busy tone. Where is my package????"

For the moment I am very pleased to be giving 5 stars. I ordered from Amazon prime and was expecting delivery for Sunday. This company is closed on Sunday so that was Amazons mistake. I got the delivery attempted" message and got worried so I came here to find a phone number for Dynamex. I seen the horrible reviews and was very concerned all day and night that my package would be disrupted. The following day I phoned after 8 am and this very nice lady told me it would be out for delivery

Was expecting a package from Amazon today. Knowing that most delivery drivers are ex cons, or poorly trained/educated individuals, I left very clear and concise instructions as to where my apartment was located and what intercom code to use (code goes right to my cell). Well apparently" delivery was attempted but deliverer could not gain access. I'll be contacting company tomorrow and using the simplest language I can muster so as not to confuse these unprofessional lying sacks of simple folk. Stated they couldn't find my address to deliver an Amazon package. They've found it before though. Called their customer service and they told me the item was returned to Amazon. AFTER ONE FAILED ATTEMPT. So I called Amazon. Turns out Dynamex/TForce policy states they will try three (3) deliverys before sending the product back. The Amazon rep was fantastic, much better then the awkward silence and bad answers from this company. Still haven't got my stuff. Hope Amazon blacklists this sham of a company, they're embarassing.

I live downtown. There's a 15 minute loading zone in front of my apartment building doors. The doors are locked up at night at 9pm and opened at 6am. i got a note saying that Dynamex couldn't get to the front door, mailbox, or driveway, so please look for a note from them or contact them for the next steps. You can bet I will contact them! Maybe if they would of looked at my phone number provided with the delivery information it would of been delivered. They could also of parked in another loading zone 59 feet away and walked over to use my intercom as it reaches me anywhere in the city and I could of opened the door for a drop off but I was home all day waiting for the delivery. So in my opinion there seems to be a problem here. The driver didn't even take time to go to the back lane to park, where most delivery drivers go when the loading zones are full.

It's astonishing that a company this incompetent is in business at all, never mind holding a contract with a customer as important as Amazon. Most recently, they've missed their guaranteed delivery window due to a lack of drivers, and lied about attempting the delivery. Previously they've also not attempted other deliveries, and damaged goods trying to shove them under a door. Customer service offers no help besides eventually admitting that what they claimed happened did not happen, and I will just have to wait two extra days for them to get their act together and make the delivery.

Terrible delivery company!! They tried delivering a package to a downtown office building on a Sunday! Who does that? So I call to make sure that my package can get here before we close and I stayed on hold over half an hour. Tracking details say before 8pm" yet they know it's an office building. I'm paying Prime for a reason to get my stuff in two days. Amazon has to stop using Dynamex for Prime deliveries. Much prefer Purolator or Canada Post."
