If I could give them 0 stars, I would. They are horrible people. Rude and have no understanding what so ever. My child has Type One Diabetes and is not quite ready to go to in person school yet. We were 1 week late to re register for online learning and they told us we can't do it now. What kind of school board is this. I thought they were suppose to encourage kids to learn, not take it away from them!

Have been waiting since June for my transcript which I paid for! Still can’t find it and are making excuses as why they don’t have it. I graduated in 2018 how do you not have my transcript. They had me calling from June until September and still haven’t gotten a valid response on my transcript. Also HR woman hung up on me when I asked to speak to the board of director because she knows she will get in trouble, I continue to call and they still refusing me to be able to talk to the board director. Now having to go above and beyond and report the whole board to the board of teachers.

Can you please not call so much? Every night around 6:30pm, I can expect a call from you, why not organize yourselves and really get this kind of thing going out once a week.?

Why is it that 0 stars is not an option!? This is the most unprofessional, rude, uncaring school board to deal with. If you want to see your children get a good education, DO NOT move to a place within this board without researching the schools first. RUDE communications is what you will receive by calling the board. The worst mistake we ever made was moving from a school board like the Upper Grand District to this area. My suggestion is to move somewhere else, if you have kids not yet of school age, MOVE if you can. Think about your kids.. Because the schools up here don't care. For example, my son was told by his guidance counselor that he would never get the grades for college, so he shouldn't bother. He got accepted to all FOUR colleges he applied to, and YOU will need to advocate for your kids, especially in rural areas. I was told that there is no money for an EA.. When the children in a school where 3 grades are in the same classroom with 1 teacher would benefit.
