Renotown did a great job replacing the flooring of my condo that had been damaged by water. Andy Liko managed the project very professionally, always very responsive. If I ever need renovation work again I would certainly work with Renotown. The company also honoured the 5-year guarantee when I had an issue with the first delivery. I am fully statisfied with them.

We recently had a sewage backup problem in our basement. Renotown (Andy) came out within an hour, assessed the damage, and had someone (Dennis) to clean up and sanitize the affected area the same day. Andy was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was also helpful in finding the right plumbing service to find the cause. Dennis was very courteous and professional and helped to make this very stressful situation manageable. A miracle happened to my house a month before Christmas. What started as a nightmare turned into a very happy wonderful experience. I had a leak in my basement but same day Pino from the Personal Insurance came with Andy Liko from Renotown assessed the problem and immediately gave me a plan and timetable to address all my concerns and not to worry. Pino did the Insurance part so fast then Andy sent his dream team did their jobs so professionally great job and was done with a smile as scheduled. You can really trust Andy whatever he says was going to happen did happen a very easy guy to deal with. I highly recommend Andy for any renovations a very professional, trustworthy and listens to all your concerns more listening than talking.I am so happy thank you Andy from the bottom of our hearts for what you have done for us my husband who is 76 and me 71 years old

I am extremely happy with this company, and their work. Claudio who oversaw the project was very courteous and understanding, and had the challenging job of coming into my home to redo work that a previous company had done poorly. The kitchen cabinet maker did a beautiful job, and Renotown's workman Vito and William were very skilled, professional and courteous. It is so nice to see this quality of professionalism and competency. I would highly recommend this company for any restoration and renovation.

I am extremely pleased with Renotown, the quality of service delivered, the work performed at my house and the final result. Renotown was contracted to fix water damage in my basement. Their people certainly exceeded my expectations and showed professionalism, care, skills, politeness and efficiency. Joe, the project manager rightly assessed the damage, outlined the scope of the project and assigned the job to two very well trained and skilled workers, Ryan and Matthew. After the cause of the leak was quickly identified and fixed, they finished in few days rebuilding and repainting drywalls and ceiling and replacing the whole flooring. Everything was impeccable, professionally done and clean! The basement looks amazing now and the quality of workmanship is certainly showing! Thank you Joe and team!

My family and I would like to thank the Renotown team for all the great work they did repairing our kitchen and basement from flood damage. Starting with arriving a mere 90 minutes from placing the call with our insurance company. They quickly setup multiple drying machines. Andy managed the project in a very professional manner. Andy the foreman/Contractor who led the project communicated well. He almost always answered his phone or called me back immediately. He went above and beyond to ensure my basement floor was redone to it's original state. He had one of his team delivering floor samples and worked with my tenant to move his furniture around while installing the new floor at no additional cost. He provided 2 men to speak up the work and completed it ahead of time. He listened to my concerns with patience and kindness and eased my stress over this flood in my basement. I am very pleased that I picked Renotown which was recommended by the Insurance Company. I highly recommend their services. Thanks to the office support too which was very responsive.
