We were looking for a small couch with a chaise lounge and a coffee table that lifts up and both had to fit in a small living room. We found exactly what we were looking for. tThe staff are knowledgeable about what they have on the floor that is a lot already but they also know what they can order. Such a great shopping experience I will be buying more furniture in the near future. They deliver to the surrounding area. I will add photos when I go finish paying for everything tomorrow

They go well above and beyond while letting you peruse the store's unique selection at your leisure. Delivery is prompt and professional. There's always something new and interesting at Jowsey's! They have a good selection of furniture ranging in price so every person can find something within their budget. The store is two stories so there are a lot of pieces of furniture you can view in person before making your decision. They also have a large interactive screen to view selections of furniture that they do not have in stock for viewing. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable as well.

This store has been in Port Alberni a long time. Run by a very nice lady (Jennifer) along with very knowledgeable staff. A very good assortment of furniture and beds. You can listen to 93.3 The Peak for the Jowsey's ad and that's Jennifer.
