Picked up a new grinder here today. As my previous press/drip grinder died. Fast easy pick up. I was not having a great day (no coffee and a headache) so I did not get the employees name, though he was friendly and did manage to put a smile on my face. it looked like a very nice shop. Also the grinder I bought was $10 less than My usual supplier. I do not know why I have never gravitated to this store in the past. However, I think in the future I will be coming here more often. especially for my espresso geared items, and when I can afford to upgrade from my gaggia. Some very highly revered machines being sold here. To the man who helped me today: thank you and I swear I am friendlier and less inanimate on a regular day. Look forward to chatting with you on my next visit.

I had been taking my machine into Espresso Works for service and repairs for a while, and decided to get a new machine. Robin is very knowledgeable on all the brands, and services what he sells. Awesome experience! Robin is extremely knowledgeable about the espresso machines and patiently explains how each machine operates. A great selection of machines in various price ranges. In addition, Robin has a beautiful collection of coffee. We made our first Rooibos Espresso in our espresso machine, a lovely experience as well. Espresso Works has all the gadgets you need to make a beautiful Espresso.

I bought a profitec espresso machine at espresso works a couple of years ago and have been thoroughly satisfied with that purchase. Recently I picked up a ceado grinder and I absolutely love this machine. The quality is amazing and it really is making a huge difference to our coffee experience. Robin is a wealth of knowledge but never pushy. I also find that he carries quality products at every budget level. It is also really nice to have great local service if anything goes wrong. All in all, I have found this establishment the best in town!

I bought a new machine from them, knew what I wanted from research on the various manufacturer websites and coffee forums. They have a wide selection of mid range espresso machines and grinders from the popular manufacturers on display. The owner did not try to up-sell me on the machine or grinder when asked about the features of each machine in my price range. Went back later for a few accessories as well. Nice to have authorized service locally if anything needs to be done, everything is working fine after a few months.

Robin is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about coffee, coffee machines, and grinders. Instead of wasting your time researching coffee machines, just pop in and he will tell you everything you need to know before you buy. I did waste a lot of time searching the internet to find the right machine for me, but after talking to Robin I managed to get a better machine than what my research rendered.
