Shame on Ford. Dont waste your time!Last year made my order for a mustang 2022. Paid the deposit, and closed the deal with no complications. They said it might be sold out, and they will get me the 2023 version. Sure, no problem. After a year, no vin no car, and all I get is that they are sorry!Now, they say we can get you the 2024, yet they can't guarantee a time or a delivery date!Meanwhile, Toronto inventory is full of cars!Laval, were open and direct with me about what they can offer.I cancelled my order, will go shop with another dealership or a make.

Not a very good experience. I made an appointment for a recall fix on my car. They told me to be ready to leave my car for the day and they would call me to let me know that my car was ready. So I dropped my car (in the freezing cold), at 8:30 am on Friday, by 4 pm they hadn't call me, so I did. The receptionist told me the service people had left and I should call the next day. So, I call Saturday and they tell me they don't open the service department on the weekends, wow! So I told her I needed my car, she got me the keys and I took it back. I'll stick to Ford but definitely not ever to this dealership. Terrible attention, terrible customer service.

Hi, I want to take my time and mention about one of the agents there being called Fadi Sarkis. I am dealing with this Gentleman for more than 7 years and 3 cars from Ford, and he is been my only agent also a trustworthy. He is the type you ask for something tell him what you want and step a side and let him do the job in the best way.He does not do anything in half and so reassuring. nice mannerism and polite at the same time friendly and warm. just i think it was my duty to let the people and the company know how great he is and how grateful I am to to be taken care of by such a gentleman and he definitely has to be credited.

I am very impressed! Daud Al-Qutub helped me find a used car over two years ago and when I found a few things that the old owner had changed/ruined, he restored them back to original for me. That's what you call going the extra mile and I've never had service like that at a car dealership.

I am very satisfied with the service they always provide, Offering a late model Lincoln as a loaner is much appreciated as well my car gets a full wash and is as close to being detailed as one could imagine for just a thorough car wash.
