*REPOSTING AFTER ORIGINALLY POSTING WITH WRONG GOOGLE ACCOUNT*I brought my 9 year old son in for a basic short textured haircut. We were pleasantly greeted as soon as we walked in and the place was packed! We were lucky enough that a stylist had just become available upon our arrival. Kirsten Head was his stylist at A3B-1025 Wellington Rd. London, ON. My son and I were very pleased with both the service and outcome. I have taken my son to many different barbers/salons, some very high-end and some low-end and we have never been fully satisfied with the service. Either the service was great but the cut wasn’t quite what he wanted, or the service wasn’t so great but the cut was to his satisfaction. This was the first time my son experienced both an exceptional service and haircut! My son had said Kirsten was the best barber/stylist that he has ever had! He said she was very nice, asked him lots of questions about his hair and how he would like it during the service and that he never experienced any hair tugging/pulling during the service like he had at other barber shops/salons. I highly recommend Tommy Gun’s! Even reception was very friendly as well as informative.

This place is amazing! They offer free drinks for their clients and when we went out barber was awesome! He gave my son’s cut as much attention and care as if it were a grown man’s cut. He let my son make his own choices about his hair rather than asking me. Great experience. I will never take my son anywhere else now.

I do not recommend working here. The staff is awesome. However the owners advertise this job to be something it is not. The turn over rate is very high. They pay minimum wage. Not the $25 per hour they claim on indeed.In December they had a shave contest between London and Kitchener. London won. Everyone was to get lunch at earls. No one got it. And then they started another contest.Health and safety is not followed here. I got ringworm twice working here. I have been doing hair for 15 years and have never contracted anything.They have no licensed barbers. It should be a 1 to one ratio licensed to apprentice.Nothing gets fixed here. It's pretty bad when a staff member had to buy a pump for the hot towel warmer. The wall board tv was broken for at least 6 months. Before I left 2 months ago. My guess it it's still broken. When the towel warmer was broken they had the staff microwave towels for hot shaves. Also a health code violation. People microwave their lunches and then hot towels. Gross way to cause infections. Not to mention the towels would not be evenly heated. I personally refused to do any shaves during this time. And then quit my job and went somewhere else to work.They also don't give a 30 minute break on a 5 hour shift.I worked here for over a year and it was the least amount of money I have ever made in a year. And I have always worked a similar schedule.I am much happier now that I left.Tommy Guns is an awful place to work.Once again the staff is awesome but under appreciated by the owners.

I took my 6 year old son here for the first time today. Kevin did a great job on his cut. Complimentary drinks and customer service was top notch. My husband was so impressed he will be returning for his own haircut in the near future. Will definitely recommend ! :)

I had my two year old sitting on my lap for his haircut, squirming and fussing. The person did a great job cutting his hair despite all the moving around my son did! It was a great experience!

It is quite simply the best barber experience I’ve ever had. Oyeth was incredible. She actively listened to what I wanted, then carried it out with no less than the pinnacle of professionalism. I would recommend Oyeth and Tommy guns to anyone.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. I can’t say it enough, this place is terrible. I used to go to Tommy guns exclusively, I will never be back. I used to go see Ryan then she quit so I started seeing Michelle and then she quit. I don’t blame them for quitting. No one person who works there now actually knows how to cut hair. Also took almost an hour for a basic hair cut. Staff is atrocious at their job and should be ashamed to call themselves barbers. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere with qualified barbers. I challenge Tommy guns London to post their employees certificate, I guarantee they can’t.

I really enjoy going to this place for my cuts. Great service, phone app is awesome for booking in, and prices are solid. Even the basic cut comes with shampoo, scalp massage, and hot towel. You can grab an included refreshment on the way out too!Highly recommend booking in with Jon. They are my go-to barber and always give great attention to what you ask for.Thanks again Team! <3
