My mom just passed away...Covid made things a lot different. Have to say...Andrew always put my mind at ease. SUCH A BIG HELP. All the staff at the funeral home, help make it easier, and not stressful. Andrew but up with a lot from me due to having large family and a lot of questions. Andrew doesn't now this, but I went into a panic when he wasn't in my sight, because I relied on him so much for advise and answers and just support. Amazing service and support

We just had my fathers funeral handled by McKersie Kocher. I must say that it was the best thing I did during this time! Everything was perfect and well organized. Nikita our funeral director was very responsive and patient with our request and question. Thanks a lot for giving us comfort in this very tough time.

Let me start by saying the staff was very nice and polite but this is how my uncle was sent home to me. The URN looks to be burnt when I ask how that happened they don't know. The only logical explanation me and my family could think of is someone got lazy and took the urn straight into the crematorium to put the ashes straight into to urn and got too close to the oven. Which brings me to the next problem my uncles ashes were put straight into the urn loose. From my understanding he was to be put into a seal plastic bag with a ID tag on it which is suppose to be sent home with the family so we know that we have brought our loved ones home with us. This was not done. The home has offered to put him into another urn if I bring him back but how do you get 100% of him out of the old urn? Plus I am not comfortable with driving him in the car. Everyone including my family has one question HOW DO WE KNOW WE BROUGHT HIM HOME? Never mind it is disgusting that they would send someone home in a damaged urn, their last resting place.CAN SOMEONE HELP ME AND MY FAMILY? WE DON'T WHAT STEPS TO TAKE NEXT. We just want to be sure we brought the right ashes home with us. I need more that yes it's him from the funeral home. PLEASE HELP.

Gorgeous high end funeral home with a lovely Victorian vibe to it.

The parlour director should be in a different profession. After witnessing his behaviour towards my brother, sister and myself, as well as his classless comment to our lawyer - I was ashamed that my mother's service was performed here. Beware the fakeness.

Cant say enough good things about the folks here. Had my moms service here in May and they helped co ordinate an out of province burial. All staff were wonderful from start to finish and things were so stress free for our family.

This review is for our situation that I hope no one would ever need to deal with, but our funeral director Sarah treated our stillborn son with such compassion and kindness. The passing of our baby boy was truly heartbreaking for my husband and I, but the McKersie Kocher team were such a tremendous help to us during our grieving process. They kept us updated and informed during the entire process, and were able to accomodate all of our requests. We could not have asked for more, and we will always be grateful.Thank you so much.

Andrew is hardworking and professional, always available to answer my calls and emails.

A sincere and heartfelt Thank You to Andrew and his staff for their care and comfort to our family as they have helped us navigate through this sad time. My dad, Walter Isaak, worked with Andrew many times over the years as he helped families in Milton walk through the passing of their loved ones and always spoke so highly of him in a professional way. Now that he is guiding our family through the process, after my dad's passing, we can't thank him enough for his gentleness and calm demeanor as he has accommodated our needs the best way he could. Andrew, and the rest of the McKersie-Kocher professional family, you've been a blessing to us.

I attended a dear friend's funeral on 6th November 2022. The funeral director, Sarah, went over and above the call of duty. Very respectfully, she ensured that the seniors with mobility challenges were comfortable. A small funeral home with five star sevice. I was impressed.
